ahh okay. I bet the card wont work on alcohol then. They sell Mickey Pretzels there... and bottled water, but otherwise beer & cider.
This is my first DCA. I do remember reports of that. I am happy since it look like most food places will be staying open, which is great.Well this seems much better than what I had seen in articles/youtube videos from the previous year of DCA moonlight magic where you could only get hot dogs and pretzels etc….unless there’s some catch to this promo card that I don’t know about which limits which items you can purchase![]()
Totally different than what I experienced at Hollywood Studios, there were vouchers but the only thing being sold was voucher items. Its as if DLR and WDW are owned by separate companies sometimesThey have never done food card before. In the early years, there was vouchers and one was for getting a meal (or most of a meal - had to pay any amount over the value of the voucher). I hope this will be more like those vouchers. The ones last year were ridiculous. They had a list (with the world's smallest print) listing places it could be used and what it could be used for at that location. For example, one location was a churro cart, but you could not get a churro, only a drink with the voucher. My friends and I ended up each stopping to buy chips and sodas as we were leaving to use the last vouchers. I am pretty sure I was not the only one who complained about that.

Here's to hoping they have finally learned and this one is better this year. I skipped Epcot MM this month in order to do DCA.I have been to several at WDW too and this was nothing like those experiences. I have been to every DL/DCA MM except 2016 (flu and Cubs won the world series that night), and they have always fallen way short of the WDW experiences.
Amen. It was very confusing and difficult to read, especially in the moonlight. (See what I did there?)The ones last year were ridiculous. They had a list (with the world's smallest print) listing places it could be used and what it could be used for at that location.
