Water was more than the min. yesterday. Finally!!!! Stayed OP. Dinner was
Chick Fil A grilled chicken (5) and then ice cream later w/ DD (6)

Last night was a very short night. Home from fencing about 9:45, then DS16 got home about 11:45 and we waited up for him. Just after we got home we lost power. Lit all the yankee candles and worked on paperwork until about 11:20 when every smoke detector in the house went off. And DD and I are too short to unhook them to silence them. Our ladder is down the hill in the back yard in a shed. So, we took the dogs and sat out front in the dark until DS16 got home and undid them. Power came back on about 12:45 a.m. I was still up, but it woke the 2 dogs sleeping with me as the fans came on, which woke the house. Then Mia needed out about 5, and I've been up since.

Gotta leave to get puppy in a bit. Breakfast was 2 ww tortillas w/ eggb (3)

Probably sandwiches to eat in the car on the way to the airport, or pick up a sub. No clue about dinner - probably left over stirfry.

Sorry to hear about your power problems! After we lost power on campus for five days last Fall I definitely feel for anyone who goes without, even for a short time!!!

Yesterday was OP on points, but not the best food choice for dinner - 1/2 a brownie & decaf iced coffee at the airport.

Apparently there were bad storms in Houston yesterday. Puppy's flight was supposed to leave at 11:45, computer said delayed until 12:15. At 12:22 said taxiing & taking off. So, we left for Costco & the airport. OOPS!!! Arrived at 1:10 for 1:28 pickup. Told 3:05, then 3:35, then 3:55. They sat loaded on the runway for over 2.5 hours. So DD and I walked from Cargo to the terminal and had a coffee for a long long time.

Anyway puppy is here, VERY VERY tiny. I'll post links below to a couple of pics.

Today I'm trying for liquid day. Not sure if I'll make WW again tomorrow as DH is gone and I'm the sole transportation, but I'm gonna try.

Sounds like the puppy had quite a flying experience. Good job with staying on plan, especially with the extra waiting in the airport.

Oh Julie, your puppy is adorable!!! I love puppies...literally, I just can't think of anything better to lift your mood. Congratulations on the new family member!

I've been way into the iced coffee this week and it's been all caff! And one brownie once in a while should be expected, I think.

Yesterday was OP, just terribly exhausting. Did liquid until after fencing, then I had to have something, so was lt brd w/ rf peanut butter and a grilled chicken tender. Plenty of water.

WW isn't looking too hopeful for today as I have to take DD to school for a choir audition - why don't they tell you these things when you register?? The teacher called and left a message with her time - last night for this morning. Oh well.....

I have no idea what today will bring. I will stay OP. Eventually I'll get around to updating my sig.

The best news is DH has a job!!!!!!!!! He still hasn't gotten the 'offer', but a new org chart came out and his name is in a position on it. Seems that all the intranet email worldwide goes through servers in Tempe AZ and there have been major disruptions and they are backlogged about 20K emails. It is either there or lost. DH will get home late tonight.

DD starts school tomorrow. She will be VERY grouchy as getting up at 5:40 isn't her thing!

I'll try to catch up some more later.

Congrats to DH on the job! That must be a huge releif of stress for the entire family. I guess your pictures can stay on the wall a little longer.

The puppy is cute and so tiny. Great job on getting your water and staying on plan.

Your school starts early. My kids start the 22nd and that is kind of early around here.

OP again today. I didn't make it to WW, but on my scale I'm FINALLY below where I was when I came BACK from FL. Still above my pre FL weight, but it is starting to come down.

I'm just now at 9 p.m. getting to my Ebay, so won't linger. DH is at the airport and on the way home soon. I managed about 5 hours sleep each night he was gone, so definitely need to do some catching up.

DD starts school in the morning - up at 5:45, on the bus at 6:56. Maybe when we are back in a routine things will get easier for me.

Congrats on a moving scale! After all the stresses you have been dealing with, it must be nice to see the weight going back down. I agree, after school starts it will be so much easier to get back to a routine. At least it will around here.

Good news about the job! I would also hate getting up at 5:40. My kids will have to get up at 6:45 or 7:00 when school starts! Yuck! Now we get up at 7:30!
