Amy - the goggles I found at swimoutlet.com - they have several to choose from and are about $18 - $25. Yes, my head is stuffy, but other times when I've had the dizzy they haven't been - at least to my knowledge. Whatever IT is, it comes on like lightning and is gone just as fast. Dr's have called it a flash, without the 'hot' and say it's really common in peri & meno. What fun! Once I realized I wasn't dying, the few times they happen don't make me panic - usually!
Anna - I SO want to do that repositioning, but I keep coming back to not being able to leave DD behind & not willing to pull her for that long from school. I tend to have low blood sugar & this 'dizzy' doesn't really feel like that - this is truly like something goes Snap & a lightning pulse goes thru my body, bringing some fog, lightheadedness & a bit dizzy. Lasts but a second. And ALWAYS either mid-cycle or just before - which is why they say it's hormone related. And, it's usually followed by tummy troubles briefly. Basically it's 'hormone hell'! Fortunately, It doesn't happen often!! The blood sugar dizzy is usually also a shaky feeling for me.
I made it to the gym to swim 48 min & took the pups for a 10 min walk, so I finished the Feb exercise challenge. Hopefully next month will be a bit easier.
Tomorrow, if this cold is still getting better, I need to do MAJOR errand running. I've been to icky and haven't done any since I got back from FL.
Hope everyone had a GREAT Wednesday - New month tomorrow!!
