Well, yesterday was a less than stellar day, it ended up an 'indulge the cravings day. The only thing you could really call food was the nf milk in a latte and a small baked potato with mushrooms, onions & ff cheese. Then I had an entire CAN of salt & vinegar pringles, 2 pt bar, etc. I ended up using ELEVEN FP's, but at least I had them so I technically stayed OP. Yes, my stomach is still revolting from the garbage!!!!
I don't understand, but the older I get, the more my TOM cravings/bloat moves to mid month and then nothing just before. Gotta love mid-life!!
Today will be much better and hopefully I didn't totally sabotage my Thursday WI.
Went to the thrift store yesterday, but DD had a major TOM emergency so we basically found her some pants - really great ones that she can wear for school for $6 - and left. Oh well..... Been there, done that..... Needless to say she was miserable and didn't go to fencing last night. We're hoping & praying that she somewhat regulates and doesn't have TOM problems at camp in July. At the time of her appendix they noticed she was having quite a bit of cyst problems and I think they're back. The curse.....
Today will be busy(when isn't a day busy??) - return DH clothes to mall, drop 2 HUGE boxes of stuffed animals off at the food bank(they give them away, goodwill sells), take stuff to GoodWill, make some phone calls for some reservations for FL trip, GO TO THE GYM, clean house, pull/package Ebay, and I'm sure more....
Just in case the gym doesn't happen, I did my normal 7 min abs, 10 min waist & then tried the new 1 Mile Jog from Leslie Sansone(WATP). Its just over 12 min - about 10 is jogging - and then there is a segment of 'slim your thighs'. I liked it and it was definitely jogging speed!! Total is 25 min, so a good burst if I don't have much time.

15 days til we leave. The chances of me making my goal of reaching 10% before them are looking really slim. I have WI the 22, 29 and MAYBE I'll go on 7/3. Then I won't be able to go until 7/27 - hopefully. Fortunately, since I bought the summer pass, I won't be 'disenrolled' if I miss too many weeks.
Off to wake DD and get moving on stuff that must be done.
