journal page help if possible

I had put a request in to Natalie, but since she is off enjoying the World herself I don't think she will get to these before my trip. I am sure that she will be swamped when she returns with other requests. I have already printed off quite a few of Natalie's Journal pages for my daughter to use for her homework assigment while we are ate Disney, but I was hoping to get the following:

A journal cover page: daughter's name is Sarah
Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique (sp?)
1900 Park Fare Dinner with Cinderella
Ohana Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch
and I didn't know if anyone might have a few Sea World journal pages.

At a minimum I would love to get a cover for her pages. If anyone can help with any of these it would be greatly appreciated and then I will send Natalie a message so she can take me off her ever growing list of requests.

Oh thank you. I didn't see any of her journal covers. Really anything would do. My DD5 would like anything with a princess. Her name is Sarah. Thanks so much for your help!!
