According to that it appears they moved supervised visitation to his home because the other parents in the place where they usually arranged such visitation didn't want him around, probably because he was a suspect in whatever happened to his wife. I don't know much about it but I was wondering why they would have visitation in his home, I didn't think that was usual.
It was noted the images found on the father's computer, while disturbing, were animated and did not depict actual people. That's why they were not considered illegal. Had they been illegal he would have been arrested right there. There's been discussion before this over whether or not animated images of child pornography should be considered criminal where no actual child was involved.
