Jo, I just had to post a huge thank-you for being such a wonderful person - warm, witty and compassionate. you made my last stay at RPC in the Grand beyond magical and I am very much looking forward to seeing you again in 2 weeks!
for those of you who don't know him, Joe has a way of making you feel so incredibly welcome when you step off that elevator - you almost feel like you've spent time with a long time friend. a rare quality for someone to make everyone feel special - Disney for me always feels like I'm coming home and Joe just adds that extra something we all wish for.
