Jonas Thread: We Know You're Watching Boys, So You Might as Well Admit It ;)

Hi girls! I'm not a teen; I'm a mom of a teen though. I don't mean to barge in but I come bearing Jonas Bros. photos!

I posted here a few months ago about getting tickets for my daughter and I to the JB show in Boston. I had a friend who had a connection and he was going to try to get us meet & greet passes. Well the connection not only got the meet & greets, but also got us passes into the soundcheck party! I promised to come back and post what happened so I hope you don't mind. Here's a few of our pix from the July 17th show.

Soundcheck party. I don't know if you saw this or not, but it was explained to us that Fridays are "dress-up" days with the band. But Joe is the only one who seems to do it.

Our meet & greet. This was amazing! They were so sweet! Joe especially. He made a HUGE deal over my daughter wearing a Yankees shirt and kept his arm around her the whole time. She was thrilled. Oh - and Joe also instructed the photographer that Yankee fans get three pictures taken; which we got but I'll only post one here.

The concert. Our seats were amazing - 7 rows off the floor in front of the main catwalk.

It started out as my trip report to WDW with my daughter; it has now turned into a mini-trip report about the Jonas Brothers. So far, I've only posted pix up through the soundcheck but will be adding the concert photos soon. Check it out.

Oh my, I first saw that and thought, oh my goodnes.. you cannot be serious! Glad to know that it was just dress up! That would be so cool to have great seats, meet and greet and soundcheck!! Looks like you had a great time!

so, i dont have much actually concert stories. i've got other stories from things that happened before/during/after the concert though. haha.
th actual show itself was awesome, my seats sucked for both shows i went to but it didnt matter cause the stage was in the middle.

but anywho yesterday was the best day of my life. xD
we went to the place at 2:00 it was raining and we were walking around crazily trying to get meet & greets or soundchecks. we did the honor roll dance and won Honor Society meet & greets, they were so nice Michael touched my hair and said my hat looked like Joes, and Alex talked to me it was wonderful. xD

continuing, we must have bugged every employee. finally one of the people i was with knew a guy who knew a guy and we got into soundcheck !
Kevin and Joe were dressed as mustard and ketchup. and my friend got to ask them a question but then the guy who was holding the mic walked away and she didnt get to finish but nick winked and smiled at her.
so after soundcheck we were hanging out downstairs with a bunch of cool verizon employee guys. they were so cool and nice and im madly in love with one of them cause he looked like Gavin DeGraw, but not in a creepy way or anything. xD

if you see them, talk to them and say that my friend from NY talked to you on July 21st. I doubt they'll remember but whatever. Three of them are in bands and there song plays when waiting between acts. I think its after a kelly clarkson song and before a Michael Jackson song. so listen for it !
then we went and met honor society. then we went to the concert.
then after the concert we went to look for our new friends and took pictures with them and then we left.
it was so fun.

okay so going to JB concert saturday and I have no clue what to wear. Last time I made a shirt that said "MRS. PAUL KEVIN JONAS THE 2nd" on the front and "BURNIN' UP TOUR AUGUST 26, 2008" on the back. I don't have anytime to really make anything so.... I'm not sure because there's a slightly small chance that I will get Meet and Greet passes...

exciting news...i finally learned how to water ski!!! haha it only took me two years...xD

and i read that oceanup article about jordin not wanting to touch joe's grapes...i thought that was funny xD

and i watched those new moon clips they put up that some girl recorded and i died in my chair when taylor lautner took his shirt off

my random thoughts for the day xD

Oh I'll be like "The Jonas Thread on the DIS Boards says "hey!"" We might but my mom's not sure what our tickets come with. We got friends and family tickets. We're getting there around 5-5:30 and it starts at 7 so maybe we might see them.

one of my friends got me the rolling stone bag and she just like stuffed it full of random jonas brothers posters from magazines xD

Just a piece of advice if you haven't tried it yet.
Micheal's craft store has at least 6 bins full of 1$ Disney merchandising, including JONAS.
It's mixed in with Hannah Montana and Mickey stuff, so you have to dig a little.

But I got some good pens, dry erase boards, and pencil sets there.

The moment I saw it, that's what I thought of.
I wish they'd have real Jonas Brothers merchandise in stores,though. Not the Disney stuff.

I went to the JB concert saturday. Me and Leah had floor, front row seats. we screamed when we found out. It was awesome! We saw Big Rob but Leah didn't want to get a picture with him because girls were swarming him and he told us to back(as in wait) but she thought he would get mad so she was like "no Leah. He told us to go back!" and she was being lame. We met the band(okay well they walked past and we high-fived lol). Me and my friend Lizzie met this new band called WOW and we got a picture with them. They were just randomly standing outside the arena. I'll post pics later. I mostly took pictures of Honor Society because I filmed JB. But that video is almost an hour long so I won't post it and I'm singing (very badly).
