I'm another non liker of Kate, won't say I hate her but she's pretty horrible to her husband alot of the time.
I used to like it and got a great laugh out of it but as time as gone on she's gotten a bit cruel.

Sounds like a catchy title. I've always called it "Kate & Kate Plus Kate".

I can't stand Jon. I find him immature, whiny, and passive agressive to the extreme. He's got eight kids, it's time for him to grow up. He complained on the finale that he hated the attention that came along with the show. He didn't seem to mind the attention when it got him free trips, free hair plugs, and a ski condo in Utah that was basically only for him.

I stopped watching when Kate told the kids they didn't have to listen to/do what Daddy says because he is mean. Nice way to undermine your partner! You don't have to agree with what they're doing (and believe me, in this case it wasn't anything serious), but deal with it in private, NOT in front of the kids. I hope the money and fame are worth the problems she's going to face in about 10 years with those kids.

It's totally all about Kate. Jon's not even allowed to say anything if she's around. She talks over him all the time. Talk about a control freak...everything is her way or the highway....

He only hates the attention now because he got busted!
I agree, he wasn't complaining while on all their freebie trips, vacations, etc.

That was one of my biggest "cringe" moments with the show too.



Jon has his faults too, it isn't all Kate.

He's only 32. It's not that much of an age difference. Although he did say in one of their latest interviews (Ladies Home Journal maybe?) that he always pictured himself as a 54 year old married to a 19 year old.

I have only seen the show a few times, but Jon needs to grow a pair (mods, I hope this is ok, delete the post if it isn't). You would think Kate would grow nicer, at least when the cameras are on, after she has seen the way she comes across on tv. I hope that he didn't cheat. No one deserves that. I'm sure it must be stressful to live under a microscope, and apparently he didn't realize that since he is a semi celebrity that his life is under a microscope, and not just when the TLC cameras are on.
