No, they still live in jodi/kevin's neighborhood. The house they moved out of was the house in the first special - they said they needed more space and liked that the new house (their current house) is closer to jodi/kevin.

I'm fairly certian they have moved from that house.

Actually Jon pointed out 2 more times she had yelled at him in public and the clips were showed. Kate may have admitted some stuff, but I found her to be very defensive and seemed upset that she was looking bad. Hey, she agreed to be on t.v. didn't she.....

never said they only showed one time. He pointed out the 2 other times and she asked him if she had since those and he said no.

I'm almost positive they are still there....jodi and kevin live near house #2, not house #1 - think back to the garage makeover show and the carnival bday party episodes - jon was just "down the street" from kevin. That is the house they are showing now still. Unless they have moved and it wasn't shown on the show, but seeing how recent these episodes are, I'm thinking they are still there.

I was thinking of this today and wondering what everyone else thinks... How much longer do you think the show will be on? Realistically, I think it will be done in the next year or two. In my opinion, it just seems as if they are desperately trying to find things to tape.

I can't imagine it will be on much longer... although the ratings will likely go up in the near future due to the increasing amount of negative information on the internet.

That is possible - quick move though. A lot of these episodes are VERY recent - May for the birthdays, end of school, etc. I'd be curious to see what their new pad looks like, and where it is. Did I read here or somewhere else that they were building a house near Beth?

I've been reading through some of the pp with great interest. I was very interested in the stuff about jodi (she is DD's favorite).

I was disappointed in last night's episode...not because Kate didn't have some grand come-to-Jesus about flying off the handle but because I thought the episode was a cheap way to get a show. I thought Jon looked a little on the spot but if you really listened at the beginning of the show he was the one that acted like he didn't want to talk about the most embarrassing moments.

Also, I'm surprised at how much stock people how put into a blogger that is Jodi's sister and an article in the Enquirer. It also surprises me the number of people that must never have a cross word with their spouse. OMG...I punch my husband in the arm all the time when he says something outrageous (think Kate slap). AND...my DH and I had a spat in front of both sets of parents and kids this weekend over sippy cups. As far as I know, we aren't one step from the divorce lawyer.

Just a thought, my father was good friends with the father of a successful country music singer. I remember him telling my dad two things...first, he said middle class people have no idea of how much money and free stuff really is flowing through TV, Hollywood... and he told my dad that money changes the people around you more than it actually changes the person who has the $$. The truth is we don't know the real relationship that Kate has with either Jodi or Beth. Also, I've heard that even mags like people are prone to publishing lies. Let alone an internet blogger. I think Kate's statement on the truth on the internet is perfect...I tell my students to believe 1/2 of what is on TV, 1/4 of what is on the internet and nothing that someone publishes on Facebook...afterall do we really think Jodi's sister only wanted to set the record straight for poor Jodi.

After last nites show-it makes you wonder. When Kate asked Jon if he stilled loved her, I was waiting for him to make a silly comment, but he didn't say anything.
Plus, everytime, he brought up a favorite moment, Kate cut him off and proceded to tell the rest of the memory.

I'm the OP of the thread, because I love the hsow, but last nite, the show had me shaking my head. I don't think things are going to good with those 2.

Not sure if anyone else noticed this but the show from last night had to have been taped in late april/early may because Kate made the comment that the little kids are "going to be 4" the age Cara & Maddie were when the show started.

I noticed that. Also they talked about the beard from an earlier (1st?) season and how he had to keep it for continuity. I had already figured they often showed things out of order, and last night confirmed that.

Kind of off topic, but when a PP mentioned Kate's voice from the honeymoon/early marriage clips it reminded me. When Kate had long hair all pulled back into a ponytail, she kind of looked like one of the girls on that Playboy show- The Girls Next Door. I don't watch that show, but I've flipped through channels and when I saw that girl (I don't know her name- she's the young one) it looked just like young Kate to me.

I think once the little ones get into school it will end as we know it. Maybe just go to specials.

I don't think there are marriage issues, I think there might be show issues. I wonder if Jon is just tired of the show (maybe they both are) butthey are locked into a contract, that could be why he looks so gloomy. For the record my DH would never kiss me on the mouth or so he loves me in front of a camera like that either, he is not demonstrative in public, never has been, never will be. Even after having our babies he wasn't all affectionate in the birthing room, he waited till we were alone. t

I agree. They fight a lot but it seems to be working for them so that's really all that matters. I think the issue is more so the fact that the cameras are following them around all the time and I know I'd definitely get sick of that. I don't think it has so much to dowith a contract, though, than the fact that they have everything handed over to them and paid for by the show. With their cash cow gone, they wouldn't be living the way they are now.

Think you are right about their "marriage issues" they seem pretty well adjusted for people who thought they were going to have 3 and ended up with 8! They deal with it the best way they can each day. I wonder if they both are feeling like the whole thing is out of control. When I went online to read "jodi's sister's blog" I couldn't believe how much there is out there about them. I wonder if it seems like a harmless little cable show and now it has just gotten bigger and bigger.

Also, for the record--my husband loves me and would NEVER kiss me on the mouth in public (unless we had too many adult beverages). Also, when I'm on a contol-freak, Kate-like rant...he is likely to tell me to get the stick out of my butt also.

Yep we talked about it many pages ago.
Of course Kate was called selfish for wanting to move so soon after adding on the twins bedroom. We even discused at lenght the size of that house and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms it has.
