Florida accessible rooms at OKW?

Are they all on the first floor? We have a one bedroom room described as Florida accessible, and we use ECV’s.

I called, and learned that yes all accessible villas will be on the first floor.

When you get back, could you please post as to what, exactly, a Florida Accessible Room actually IS? I've always wondered-does it have a HA tub, roll-in shower, hand held shower head? One person told me that it only had hand rails in the bathroom. Also, they said that other resorts may have a different "interpretation". And since I can't be the only one who's confused, please let us know, at least at OKW, what it entails.
