According to Radaronline, Jon is willing to allow the children to be filmed again if TLC will drop their lawsuit against him.

ROL is not always accurate, and they may be just garnering hype for Kate and whatever she has coming up to get their names back out there. Think about it....what does it say about TLC to use the kids to barter for money, and what does it say about Jon?

I wouldn't be surprised though.

No gossip entity will ever be 100% accurate. But reports are used consistently from them re: Jon and Kate and between them and TMZ--I haven't really come across anything major that had ever been misreported.

They may be garnering hype for Kate--but for it to not be true, Jon would have to step forward and deny it. I don't think that will happen.

I would be lying if I say I never thought that would happen. And that was my beef all along. He never did this for the children. He did it to be a butt to try and control things. This had nothing to do with them (and hence why he persisted to include the non-TLC media in any photo/filming op with the kids that he could.)

I'm still in the camp of "it's their kids, they can make whatever parenting choices they wish"--but his decision to pull them b/c of some parental concern for their welfare was a complete lie. Nothing has changed since then except the balance in his bank account.

He's the poster child for being an oxymoron. Emphasis on MORON.

You know, I soooo wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt regarding this. I really did because the kids were going through that nasty divorce. Now he's just such a slime. He went on tv in earnest, claiming that his kids need to get off tv, off of the show because he has to do what's best for them. Doesn't he realize what a fool he looks like now and that his kids will be able to see it in print and video that he flip flopped? I don't think I've ever come across someone so clueless before.

I'm also wondering if Jon is going to phase himself out of the kids' lives more. If TLC is allowed to film, then Kate (who has primary custody, right?) will be spending the most time with them. I hope he stays in their lives.

Jon has more trouble going on than he knows what to do with. He is also being called into the DA's office in New York to explain what happened with his "break-in" at his NYC apartment. Police say they think it was staged. More legal bills.

It doesn't surprise me at all that Jon is trying to make this deal with TLC. I never believed him. Pulling the kids off the show was a power play, he was playing a game of chicken. He thought TLC would release him from his contract and they called his bluff.

I wonder what ever happened with PA looking into the permits, etc.

I do see that Kate's show has officially been announced. I hope she does ok with it and Kate + 8 won't have to be their income. I'll watch if just to boost ratings, if it means she can support her kids.
I wonder if Jon's night out on the town with Kate's brother last week helped him make this decision, if it's for real.

I don't think he can say anything about anything! He is under a gag by TLC.

His attorney could certainly speak up if it is a mistruth.

I have a strong feeling that will not happen. A gag order on someone doesn't permit other entities to share mistruths.

I met a mom at a birthday party over the weekend with a little girl named Talia. I commented on her name and she said "Ever see J&K+8?". "Uh yeah". "That's where I got it from!" I just had to laugh at that. I guess I knew they had fans but didn't think anyone would name their kid after a kid (not even J&K's) that was on the show. That's probably as close to J&K as I'll ever be!

Funny about Jon letting the kids resume taping. Wonderful move....

Where they that stupid, or just never felt as though neither one would ever want to quit.

I'm sure Jon wants things to go back as they were when he and Kate first separated, filming with the kids separately - so he continues to get a portion of the $$ from the show.

His concern was never the kids and damage from filming ...my opinions, of course...

Yeah they always said that but then if you recall there was never that much tape of Cara. Especially before the move. Where I'm sure she had friends down the street even if it was just her cousins

Kate Gosselin has changed her look -- again.

The reality mom, 34, debuted a stick-straight shoulder-length 'do with bangs in New York City Friday night while partying at hot spot Butter.

Gosselin had $7,000 hair extensions put in last January, but sources told Us Weekly then that she "hates" the look.

"She thinks her hair looks overprocessed and damaged," an insider told Us. "She's afraid people will think she's one of Tiger Woods' bimbos!"

Ever since, Gosselin has been experimenting with different ways to wear her hair.

In late January, she pulled back her pricey tresses in a pony tail. Earlier this month, she hid her 'do under a baseball cap.

I wonder if she just had them cut shorter. I think her hair look yucky now, like she got caught in the rain. The best hair do I think she had, was when they curled it for The View.
