Of course J and K will need to dip into the kids accts. They've over-extended themselves tremendously and they probably don't feel it is money the kids earned anyway. I mean, the kids were never "working" right? They were just "playing". If they were earning the money and actually working, then there would be a BIG issue with child labor laws right? Even though they had to give up just as much, if not more than J and K as far as privacy goes. I mean, at least their mommy gets a bodyguard, they don't even get that, they just get lots of nannies. Some of whom sleep with their dad. sigh.

I can see Kate dipping in and saying "well I bought all of this for the kids, everything I do is for the kids" so the kids will probably have to pay for it.

"Life is our show, and show is our life" Problem with that Kate, is now you don't have a show. So what does that mean? You don't have a life?

Kate very recently said in an interview (sorry, can't produce a link) that the children had an account and it was 'safe'. I do believe this will come out in her favor. While I'm on the fence about the reality show and its impact on the children, I do maintain she is fiercely protective of the kids and their financial well being at the end of the day. Jon, on the other hand.......is just a bloated mess.

I know what you're saying, but I think they see it as more of a ministry and evangelisation opportunity. And they do use it as that. People across America are watching a happy family, following God's commandments and reading the Bible together and doing for others. They use their show to bring attention to less fortunate. I really think there is a difference. The Duggars were already getting so much attention for how many chidlren they had, they might as well use thier position for good. All I saw Kate bring attention to on thier show was Kate. How Kate does this, how Kate does that, etc. Kate's tummy tuck, blah blah blah. "What can we get free next? " That is all I saw. She truly saw herself as the charity, not a person to be charitable.

Jon & Kate Plus 8 will officially end in mid to late November, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Inside Jon And Kate's Hearing

TLC has not made an announcement but RadarOnline.com has confirmed with sources outside the network that there is just enough unused new footage to take them through about another month.

"They will eek out what they can in terms of more shows," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. "Obviously they are not shooting anymore so they are taking what they have and seeing how many more episodes they can get out of it."

Jon Gosselin has told the network they no longer have his permission to film the children and TLC will not challenge that. If Jon changes, his mind, they will go into production on the new show, Kate Plus 8.

"TLC has no plans to film unless the situation is resolved," the source told RadarOnline.com.

Considering that the Gosselin divorce has turned into all-out war, it doesn't seem like Jon and Kate can resolve anything without a judge present, so prepare to say goodbye to original episodes of the show.

You forgot -- Jon's family isn't allowed at the house unless it's Jon's custody days. Kate didn't allow it when they were married, so no reason why she would allow it now.

Jon Gosselin Reveals Arbitration Details in New Interview

Jon Gosselin makes new admissions in his all-new interview with our Diane Dimond following his courtroom clash with estranged wife Kate Gosselin.

"Well, it was just after arbitration, we weren't supposed to take money out of the restrictive account and we both did," he tells Diane. "I was found in contempt for doing so, I didn't realize, I was just like taking my paycheck out."

Jon says he has been ordered to return $155,000 but admits he doesn't know yet how much Kate owes back.

"It's unaccounted for," he says. "So by Friday, we'll know her complete accounting, which might reduce my accounting, so I don't know what's going on."

Jon says despite their ugly divorce proceedings, he did wish he could have spoken to Kate directly during Tuesday's court hearing.

"Was there a part of you in that court, looking over at your soon to be ex that just thought, boy I'd like to just walk over there and say, honey we can work this out?" Diane asks.

"I thought about doing that, but you know, in a public setting as a public figure you have to watch what you say and do," he says.

I thought it was up quite a bit. Where did you read the show was over? I thought it was renamed Kate plus 8. I fogot already what it was up to, but wasn't it 2.4 million? What ever it was, that was quit a bit for a cable show.

the pictures were on the babysitter's Facebook page. the page was public until last week. I'd seen them before these rumors surfaced a couple of days ago. it's the babysitter's actual Facebook, too .. not a fakebook page.
there's just speculation, based only on the pictures, that there's more than meets the eye to their friendship.

I'd have to see them myself..I can't believe no one posted them. If there was any iota of truth, they would have been posted all over the place.

When I tried to put $1 in it, my note said I needed to get the number from the gosselins. Way back when both Kate and Jon said that was not an account they set up. Jon & Kate are over that is what the promos are saying.

TLC says they are still working with Kate but I'm unclear if that means
Kate + 8. They say they are not filming the children without Jon's Ok.

I guess you can. I know there are a lot of people who would like to take their kids to El Salvador for mission work. It's all our church families can do to scrape up enough money to send one missionary family. Maybe when the Gosselin kids are older, TLC will pay for them to do that too, instead of just having garage sales for pediatric cancer and bringing toys to St Jude's. Of course then they would be at fault because people would say they were taking their children to an unsafe area. That was a wonderful opportunity that the Duggar family got, with no small amount of thanks to TLC, I'm sure.

What a tool.
It must be terrible, to have a court system tell you how you can use your money, and for him even thinking about talking to Kate, what a joke. I guess these two are proving that the number one reason people get divorced is because of money.
