Jon and Kate Plus 8, Official Thread--Part 7

The video is from a pap that was probably on the street. The photographs in question were probably an exclusive for some magazine I would not say that Jon hired them, just that they paid Jon to allow them the exclusive.

Showing the pictures to a judge could show that Jon was not honest in saying he wanted the TLC show to stop because he wanted his kids out of the spotlight. Between allowing this photographer on property and the ET exclusive, it could be shown that Jon stopped the filming out of spite since TLC dropped him.



That photographer got plenty of pics of them in the backyard as well as Joel sitting on the stoop looking sad.

I'll wait until the article comes out to get angry about it -- there was obviously a reason why they were pulled this am.

As for the picture of Joel, there were several more of whatever incident this was -- couldn't tell whether he was in time out or he fell -- on the sosugary site, and some were obviously taken from the fence. If the photographer in the video had taken that picture, you'd be able to see him in the video.

I've seen it mentioned on another site that Jon's brother was at the house yesterday. That who could be taking the pictures .. not that it makes it any less disgusting, because really, it's worse. But the point being, we don't know that Jon gave anyone an exclusive or that he directly profited from the pictures.

Again, if it walks and quacks like a duck .. it's usually a duck .. but we don't have concrete evidence of who's who yet.

Have the pictures shown up anywhere besides RadarOnline?

Mmmmmm, I wonder if Jon will still be ET tonight? They said Friday, he would be on Monday night to talk about how it went with his kids over the weekend.

I can't tell the 'TUPS apart....Joel/Colin....I did watch the video and I did see him take his little hand and wipe something from his face but could not tell if he had been crying and it was tears OR he was hot and wiping sweat away....

After seeing the posted photo I am going with sad.

no idea, but we were just discussing a few posts ago whether or not maybe Jon had given someone rights to the pictures. I'm just saying they're not exclusive to RadarOnline.

it's also interesting that it's just the one picture at the picnic table.

and one last thing, LOL .. do I remember hearing Kate or Jon in an interview (on the show) saying they don't really celebrate Halloween? I couldn't remember.

that wasn't a video camera.. it was a dSLR camera with a zoom lens. Looks similar to mine.

and the video is from the pap pool, INF daily or whatever it's call. still no clue who the guy shooting the stills is.

I find this hard to believe, Jon is not a hard interview to get. TLC was only giving them $22,500 per episode.

What?! I must have missed this. Jon is getting $100,000 from ET? Wow.

YES he is doing it for the money. He only stopped the TLC show when they gave him the boot.

And with all this money that he is getting from the tabloids (it was rumored he got 100k from ET/Insider) how much of that is going to the kids and the household they live in vs. Jon & Hailey.

LOLOL! Mine isn't quite that big .. and I've seen some of the cameras used by the folks over at the Photography Board and they'd make Jon's aquaintance's camera look like a toy!
