I'm not sure who sold the pictures... but I didn't see a blonde guy in the video, someone else upthread said they saw a blonde guy.

anyway... I think that it's a possibility that whoever was with Jon sold the pictures, Jon can claim he didn't do it and didn't realize his friend would either. one flaw in that theory is when the pictures were taken... if they were taken Saturday before the answer & counterclaim was filed, then it could have been Jon.

I just wish someone could ID the photographer.

Sorry, he had brown hair, it was hours since I saw the video. Looks like a pro photographer not a family member.

Did anyone watch this new show this evening?
It was the first day of school episode.
Kate said, bedrooms are now off limits.
The school bus stop and school is off limits to filming.
But TLC inserted a papparazi video showing Kate at the bus stop.
So much for honoring Kate's request with the "No filming" rule at the bus stop.

Almost at the end of the show, a male voice said,
make sure to watch, the last couple of episodes.
Makes you wonder if the show will be ending completely.

I remember her saying the bedrooms were off limits when they moved to the new house. I never saw J & K's bedroom at the old house but I know she said their room was off limits to the kids in the new house. I didn't watch the show tonight, but this was taped weeks ago and I bet the Kate rule about not filming at the bus stop was a voice over due to all the papparazzi hanging out there. I bet other parents complained about the nonsense going on at the bus stop and maybe the school/bus company contacted TLC or the Gosselins and told them no taping at the busstop or school. If their weren't complaints, you bet TLC would of taped getting on the bus in the parking lot, getting off the bus at the school, reboarding the bus at school to the parking lot, etc.....

it is, as JK8. Next month, it's Kate Plus 8. Completely fabricated for the ratings drama. Nothing new to see, IMO.

I have two 5 week old foster kittens, jet black and I can't tell them apart either. I fed one, was feeding the second one and put the kitten down when the phone rang. Went back in, and I couldn't tell which one I had already fed..so someone got lucky and got fed twice (pesky round worms make both bellys full and round).

Maybe we should suggest they either polish one nail on one of the kids or mark the inside of their ears with their initials like I plan on doing once I name them (I'm up for grabs on names..both boys).

Jon has been ET every night since he did LKL, which was all of last week and the Friday before that. He was also on The Insider Friday after LKL then again on and Monday and Tuesday.

Jon's lawyer Mark Heller is still his lawyer as far as I know, but he is not licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania and because he was suspened from lawyering for 5 years, he needed a PA lawyer in good standing to "sponsor" him to practice there. He found someone to do it, but then the guy withdrew his sponsorship, so Mark Heller cannot represent Jon tomorrow.

Radar has photos of Jon decorating pumpkins with the kids. That's all cute and good, however it looks like the paps are right in the yard.

When the guy comes out of the trees he looks blond & not Asian at all. He is over 6 ft IMO. Later his hair looks darker. The boys are wearing the same clothes I think this is all the same day.

Thanks! I forgot where I read that if a law firm sponsors Heller, they get a cut or commission. Does anyone know if that's true? If it is, Heller must have a really bad reputation if he can't find something to sponsor him. I don't understand why Jon still has Heller as a lawyer anyways. Isn't the divorce, custody, pretty much everything going to be done in a PA court?

Kate went up to the older girl's rooms and threw stuff down the steps for them to clean up? What the heck?

It's not on yet over here.. but I think TLC has honored Kate's request. I don't remember ever seeing TLC cameras at the bus stop. I don't think TLC can prevent the paps from being there because the parking lot is on public property.

I read that too. They were dirty clothes. I'm guilty of throwing dirty clothes down the step all the time.

Yea, Kate was cleaning the twin's room while they were in school. She threw down dirty clothes and said something about Mady and Cara needing to bring the clothes to the laundry room because she wasn't going to do it for them. Kate was saying their room was really dirty and it took 2 hours and 6 trash bags to clean. I wouldn't have thought twice about the clothes throwing if it wasn't mentioned here.

I wonder if the show is over? I saw the limited new episodes part - they didn't mention anything about Kate Plus 8. TLC has been pretty quiet since Jon went on LKL too.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Michael Lohan Says Jon's Money Claims Are "Valid"

Jon and Kate Gosselin head to court Tuesday morning to hash out who's to blame in the alleged depletion of their marital money pot.
After spending the weekend with Jon at his Pennsylvania home, his buddy Michael Lohan exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that he truly feels Jon and Kate will resolve their financial issues and make peace -- for the sake of their 8 children.
Michael Lohan Says He's Headed To Court With Jon
"I think he and Kate both have some very valid points. Like in any divorce, we all do the 'he said, she said' thing," Lohan said. "If one party does something, the other party tries to do the same back, to counter that. But at the end of the day, they're going to resolve it."
When it comes to Jon's claims that Kate is also to blame for helping to empty the family's bank account (she says he took $230,000, he says she took $100,000), Lohan says he believes his pal, but worries about the advice he's getting.


"Jon's got a good point," he tells RadarOnline.com. "But with regard to the divorce, and everything he was saying on TV about TLC, I just don't get it. Jon and Kate have the same contract. How can he [Attorney Mark Heller] allow TLC to shut Jon down, cut him out of the show, tie him up with an exclusive and not do any work when they're doing the exact opposite for Kate?"


Lohan adds, "Mark Heller should have gotten Jon out of his contract already. He should have allowed Jon to pursue the Divorced Dad's Club like he committed to. There could be some serious legal issues there because everyone had already committed to it. And in New York, a verbal commitment is as good as a written commitment."
If you're wondering why Lohan seems so emotionally invested in Jon's legal counsel, it's because he's partly to blame for partnering Gosselin up with Heller.
"I brought Jon to Michael Heller [Mark Heller's son] in the beginning," He said. "I know Michael and I trust him. Michael referred Jon to his father because his father is an attorney. When I first met Mark, he seemed like a really nice guy, very sincere, very loyal. He seemed to have Jon's best interest at heart, he was gung ho about the Divorced Dad's Club. I even had a book agent come to the table. Then, Mr. Heller signed Jon. He cut the book agent, he stopped returning my phone calls. He wanted to put his own book deal together. He suddenly had other ideas about other shows for Jon. I mean, look at his record. I didn't think of looking into him."

It looks like Lohan was there the day they did the pumpkins. Why is Jon bringing this man around his kids? What can he be thinking having a violent man, who I think was in jail at the house?

You would think he would wait until after he goes to court & custody is settled.

Yes -- I watched the last half of it -- it was kind of crazy. A lot of talk about being alone, about the paparazzi. And then the whole throwing clothes (and toys) down the stairs for the girls to clean up. She said she threw out 6 bags of garbage from their room and it took her 2 hours to do that. You could tell she was having a really bad day -- it was the tups' first day of school.

And then there was the issue of her forgetting that the tups only went for a half day on the first day. She had packed them lunches in their new lunch bags, forgetting that they would be home for lunch.

It seemed all nice at first, but the more I thought about it the more I thought it was just Hard to believe she forgot the tups only went for a half day, especially when it was being filmed for TLC.

I'm mistaken again -- the pumpkin picture was on Sunday, the day Michael Lohan showed up.

Having seen those photos though, I still think the back yard ones might have been taken from the bushes on the property. The one of the child on the steps definitely was taken from the fence.

Looks like Michael Lohan is the only one who wants to to Divorced Dad's Club. And just an indication that he's pretty slimy -- he shows up at the house during Jon's custody days (announced well in advance in the media) when Jon isn't even returning his phone calls. I find it hard to believe anything that comes out of this guy's mouth -- he's doing more damage to Jon right now, than good, but trying to make it sound like he's Jon's best buddy. Glad I don't have friends like this.

Why do you think they were taken from the bushes when you see the photographer walking on the property with the camera? Look at the backyard one, the guy looks over 6 feet tall in the video. The angle is from someone standing up taking the photograph, not from down in the bushes.
