I can't tell the 'TUPS apart....Joel/Colin....I did watch the video and I did see him take his little hand and wipe something from his face but could not tell if he had been crying and it was tears OR he was hot and wiping sweat away....

After seeing the posted photo I am going with sad.

Neither can I -- my DD has had twins in her class for 4 years and I can't tell them apart either.

Definitely sad. But I realize now that the pics I was thinking of were from the day before -- one of the boys fell by the step. That picture of whichever one was sitting on the step is in the batch with the Michael Lohan pictures.

He was on ET but not live it was taped. They did viewer questions with him.

Star Jones was the guest host & she was horrible IMO

Neither can I -- my DD has had twins in her class for 4 years and I can't tell them apart either.

I have two 5 week old foster kittens, jet black and I can't tell them apart either. I fed one, was feeding the second one and put the kitten down when the phone rang. Went back in, and I couldn't tell which one I had already fed..so someone got lucky and got fed twice (pesky round worms make both bellys full and round).

Maybe we should suggest they either polish one nail on one of the kids or mark the inside of their ears with their initials like I plan on doing once I name them (I'm up for grabs on names..both boys).

The video is from a pap that was probably on the street. The photographs in question were probably an exclusive for some magazine I would not say that Jon hired them, just that they paid Jon to allow them the exclusive.

Showing the pictures to a judge could show that Jon was not honest in saying he wanted the TLC show to stop because he wanted his kids out of the spotlight. Between allowing this photographer on property and the ET exclusive, it could be shown that Jon stopped the filming out of spite since TLC dropped him.



That photographer got plenty of pics of them in the backyard as well as Joel sitting on the stoop looking sad.

We don't know who the photographer was.

It seems that everyone jumps to the conclusion that Jon is making money off of them and wants them publicized. It just as likely could be that he wanted them taken for personal use.

Mark and Tom Gosselin are not blonde. Tom is cue ball bald, shortish and muscular and Mark is a big guy, with dark, thinning hair and glasses. They sort of look like an older and younger version of Jon. Not blonde, part Asian!

And there is no reason to believe that he was the one who took the photos in the back yard -- those were apparently taken Saturday (when Jon was wearing a coat and a different shirt). I don't know why they were only posted for a while, but they're gone now and there must be a reason for that.

There is enough crazy stuff going on without us adding more by jumping to conclusions.

I couldn't get a glimpse of the guy with the camera's face, but he was not blonde. He appeared tall with dark hair to me.

I thought Heller wasn't his lawyer anymore? Jon sure gets himself in some weird triangles.

If I was making this up, it would have a much better ending!

It was the first day of school episode.
Kate said, bedrooms are now off limits.
The school bus stop and school is off limits to filming.
But TLC inserted a papparazi video showing Kate at the bus stop.
So much for honoring Kate's request with the "No filming" rule at the bus stop.

Almost at the end of the show, a male voice said,
make sure to watch, the last couple of episodes.
Makes you wonder if the show will be ending completely.

I'm not sure who sold the pictures... but I didn't see a blonde guy in the video, someone else upthread said they saw a blonde guy.

anyway... I think that it's a possibility that whoever was with Jon sold the pictures, Jon can claim he didn't do it and didn't realize his friend would either. one flaw in that theory is when the pictures were taken... if they were taken Saturday before the answer & counterclaim was filed, then it could have been Jon.

I just wish someone could ID the photographer.

I agree! Jon is angry with TLC and maybe he is trying to tick them off by letting someone else photograph the kids. At least they aren't taping a show ---4 hours or more taping for 22 minutes shown! Some of the pictures that end up appearing could of been taken from the fence area. Those high tech cameras with the zoom lens are very precise.

no one seems to have gotten the memo about the bus stop, did they?

I did see pics at the sosugary site where the kids were at Stride Rite getting new shoes. The Table for 12 people already did that one. LOL.
