There were two that I remember. One was where Jon has to bring Kate coffee in bed because she's not a morning person and the other was when they were answering questions that fans had emailed them.

They've showed it when the kids were throwing up and they put them in there, and when she was packing for a trip as well.

"Mr. Mark Heller's going to be very shocked when he sees me there tomorrow, because I'm going to have a long conversation with this guy before anything even happens," Lohan revealed to RadarOnline.com.

"I beat him up all the time," Lohan told us. "I tell him, 'Jon, what are you thinking? Why are you saying this? Who's telling you to say these things?' And he always tells me, 'Mike, I don't want to put anyone on the spot. I have to listen to what they're telling me.'"

I can cut Kate some slack for not remembering lunch was going to be at home that day. Given everything that is going on in their lives right now it would be hard to remember your name, in my opinion. Not as bad as Jon asking the paps what time the kids get off the bus.

Why does Kate get slack and Jon doesn't? In both cases neither of them knew what the schedule was.

I don't think Kate forgetting that lunch was home that day was as bad considering it was the beginning of the school year. Jon recently asked a pap what time his kids get off the bus and they have been in school for 2 months. Granted they do both have a lot to keep up with these days for sure.

The thing with the clothes, now that I've seen it .. was strange. Kate hadn't been in the girl's rooms in a while? She didn't know what was going on up there? And then .. she just went in there and started throwing their things away? Trash, I can understand. (Well ... actually, I can't. I would have made them clean their rooms when they got home .. but that's just me. LOL) But the other things? If she doesn't go up there, how does she know if something thrown away is important to Mady or Cara? I just don't get that at all.

If she doesn't go up there like she claimed then I think that is awful sad that she doesn't bother to tuck her kids into bed at night.
I have a 9 year old and every night I go up to her room to tuck her in and say goodnight. My 13 and 16 year old don't get tucked in, but I ALWAYS check on them before I go to bed. (well, not so much the 16 year old since she goes to bed after me..her I check on when I wake to use the bathroom in the middle of night!!)

The judge in the Jon and Kate Gosselin divorce clearly has had it up to here .... he didn't rule on any of the epic conflicts but ordered Jon and Kate to settle up and work it out with the arbitrator. The judge said he'll be down with anything the arbitrator decides ... with one provision -- it has to be in the best interests of the children.

The judge said any monies taken improperly from the joint account should be returned, but he didn't get specific. He also admonished Jon and Kate to keep things "private" and "amicable."

And then there was the issue of her forgetting that the tups only went for a half day on the first day. She had packed them lunches in their new lunch bags, forgetting that they would be home for lunch.

It seemed all nice at first, but the more I thought about it the more I thought it was just Hard to believe she forgot the tups only went for a half day, especially when it was being filmed for TLC.

I don't find it hard to believe she forgot they only go half day. I have a friend that has 3 children. High school, middle school and elementry. Here they stagger the start days of each level so they aren't all going to their first day of school together and she actually fogot to send her daughter to school on her first day. She missed the whole thing......she felt so bad and couldn't believe that she had done that! So, yes I do think it's possible she forgot.

I just watched the last 2/3 of the show on YouTube (I intentionally chose to skip the part at the shoe store. LOL) and agree with the article as well.

Kate did manage to take the kids' first day of school and make it all about her... doing everything alone, with the paparazzi along for the ride. Has she mentioned the paparazzi in every episode? Why? If she doesn't like them, them don't give them any credit. And the actual paparazzi video at the school bus stop was ridiculous. TLC takes the high road and doesn't shoot at the bus stop, but they'll buy paparazzi video to use on the show. that's hysterical.

And the promos, I think, are just for milking the last of "Jon and Kate Plus 8". We'll see if there's anything more to it than that.

The saddest part of the show for me was listening to Kate talk to the 6 about avoiding (can't remember the exact word she used) the paparazzi, making it a successful day. A successful day at school, to me, would have been new friends, the classroom, meeting the teachers, etc. But again, that's just me.

Yes, that's what bothered me about the messy room issue. My DD is 9 and I can't believe some of the things that she attaches sentimental value to. And I'm in her room all the time, although it is her responsibility to keep it tidy.

The paparazzi talk was weird.

I sort of wondered whether this episode originally had more of Jon, but they re-edited and had to use what they had after TLC announced that he would be shown less on the show ie. they have already changed to the new show format.

I think for me and how I feel about Jon doing interviews is, he has made it quite clear he wants out. And now he says he wants the kids out. IMO, if he really felt that way, he would stop bringing himself and them to the attention of the press. Kate has never said she wants out. Jon, in his interviews seems to want to be friends with the paps..I never got that vibe from Kate.

Personally, I'd like to see them both shut up, but since Kate is actively pursing a TV career, and doesn't try to pretend she isn't, that's why I see it differently.

ITA with all of this. But I'm trying (really trying) to give Jon the benefit of the the doubt since even for him these changes have been sudden -- he had apparently been telling TLC that he was going to stop the filming at the house and was trying to get out of his contract, but they decided to drop him first. Then, last week was all about the money, which IMO Jon could not have seen coming especially after all that had happened the previous week.

And there was this whole speech he gave on the Insider about having to prove to Kate, the kids, everyone that he could be a good father and was trying to do the right things, so that was why he was doing these interviews. It was odd.

I guess right now I'm giving them both some time to show their true spots. I'm not impressed at all with Kate's behaviour over the past 2 weeks, but I'm taking into consideration that these are tumultuous times for both of them and what we're seeing right now may not be at all the way things are done in the future.

In one of the comments from Lohan I just read it said Jon had committed (verbally) to divorced dads and he blamed Heller for Jon not wanting to do it now. Jon needs to RUN from this guy!

I do the same with my DD9, and turn off her light if she hasn't when I go to bed. I also insist on her putting her own clothes away and leave them on her bed only, since she won't know where to find them if she doesn't do it herself.

Yup - with the arbitrator. They met with the arbitrator for an hour and then were called into the courtroom for the judge to speak to them publicly.

I wonder if he told them he is going to make the hearing public so they would both take care of any matters they don't want to be public. Such as the taking of money. And what does that mean exactly? Surely he won't be allowing camera's inside?

We have 2 stories, and the upstairs is the boys' bedrooms and a loft. sometimes I don't go up there at all until bedtime since they come down on their own in the am. But, if she threw out 6 bags of trash, she hasn't been in there in a while!

I clean the rooms with the kids and we organize and throw out together. Sometimes scraps of paper are important! I also have a rule that you have to be able to walk to the door, in case of fire! The floor has to be picked up every day.

Maybe the judge is trying to earn a little money himself!

I do think it is so they will consider telling the truth (both of them) and not act like 2 year olds.
