IMO, Jon probably made the mistake of saying it was more important to spend time with his kids than with her, or told her he couldn't take her somewhere because it fell on his custody days.

I would hope so.

I also think that she has been promised some starring role in whatever Jon does and that has not happened yet. I do not believe that she wants to fade into the sunset and never be thought of again. She said she hates the finger pointing and stares and yet this latest stunt is only going to create more.

Not a question directed at you - redrosesix - just a general comment about "which" fame seekers are believed to be telling the truth and which ones aren't - such as Jodi & Kevin..

How much can it cost to file papers in court? She is a waitress, It's not like he is suing the National Inquirer. If she is telling lies about him over & over why not at least attempt to scare her off.

Well, I can tell you it's highly unethical to launch a frivolous lawsuit. No lawyer that I know would agree to do it if the client never planned to take it to court.

HAILEY is now going to be on ET Monday night. Mary Hart has another exclusive interview, but the BEST is, Jon is sitting right off camera. The commercial showed him sitting on the floor by the camera watching the interview and then Mary says "Jon, I think we should all three talk together."

Are these two just totally nuts? Hailey is whining to Mary Hart about how she is only 22 years old and this is so hard, blah, blah, blah and Jon is sitting five feet away? I mean, seriously? Who in the world is advising them? Anyone? Buehler? Buehler?

Now, if Jon did take her to court, I suppose he'd be criticized for spending the kids' money on a lawsuit against a person who is obviously lying (at least about some things)

People may not have noticed yet, but her story is already changing. For example, she went from stating that she had seen Jon smoking pot in the house to saying that Jon told her he smoked pot in the house when the kids are at home -- that's a big difference.

They were a little harsh about Kate wanting to be in movies ... nothing different than what others have said, but all of the panelists were like, yeah ... I'd love to be in a movie, too. They all seemed annoyed that Kate said that like it could just happen because she said it.


The whole thing with Hailey and Kathy Griffin was a non event, though. They asked her about some of the incriminating pictures and Hailey answered. I think she told the truth, too. She didn't try to hide the drug use.

Doesn't it seem strange that they are out in LA again.
I have a feeling Hailey did this when Jon did his taping with Mary Hart.
This is all just another set-up and I read a few days ago, that Jon wanted her to tell this, so things could turn around and people see Hailey in a better way, plus she is probably getting paid money for her interview.

They were treating her with kid gloves because they want her back again Monday with Jon. Kathy Griffin was very restrained but she was playing bad cop.

Hailey acted like having a little weed in her bag & being arrested was a non event. How could she hide the drug use they had her mug shot & the arrest information.



She did deny having a drinking problem when Kathy Griffin asked her about it. The picture of her face down in a potted plant was very sad.

Jon is not going to sue Stephanie no matter what she says and even it was free. I 100% believe she kept every text and email he sent her and if he sues her every single one will come out. Jon does not want that.

Kathy Griffin was restrained .. but the whole thing played out like I thought it would ... most of the shock factor was leaked to get people to watch and then it was a whole lotta nothing, all done for ratings.

it's very sad, it's also an old picture. she was a party girl in college, she didn't deny that. Maybe she's not drinking much anymore, so she doesn't think she has a problem?
