From radaronline.com According to this article he still has both the BMW and the Mercedes. Well, maybe not for long. ;)

EXCLUSIVE: Read The Secret Gosselin Court Papers, Kate Demands Jon Sells His Cars
In papers filed secretly in a Pennsylvania court on Monday, Kate Gosselin not only demanded Jon Gosselin return $230,000 to their bank account but also that he sell his luxury cars, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

EXCLUSIVE: Read The Court Papers!

Only RadarOnline.com obtained the explosive court papers, which have triggered a public brawl between Jon and Kate, who have been attacking each other on national TV.

And now that Kate has hired high-powered Los Angeles attorney Marty Singer, she's also demanding that Jon disclose how much he's paying his attorney, Mark Heller, who was once suspended from practicing law in New York for five years due to a host of violations including fraud.

Read The Blistering Letter Sent By Kate’s Lawyer Regarding Missing Money

In court papers filed Monday at Montgomery County Court in Pennsylvania, Kate reveals that Jon wiped out $230,000 from their joint bank account, a charge first revealed by RadarOnline.com this past weekend. Jon left Kate with only $1,000 in that account.

And in the papers, Kate demands Jon sell his BMW and Mercedes!

VIDEO: Jon Gosselin Spars With Nancy Grace

According to the papers, Jon withdrew the money between August 8th 2009 and September 29th 2009, Kate discovered the missing funds on Friday October 2nd, right after Jon appeared on Larry King Live saying he wanted to be friends with Kate!

On August 8th, Jon withdrew a whopping $100,000, with various other lump sum withdrawals during the time period according to the papers.

A furious Kate is demanding the court hold Jon in contempt of their Interim Arbitration Award; order him to pay back the $230,000 within 24 hours of the court's order; order Jon to provide complete accounting of monies spent, from any source whatsoever, for the last 60 days; order Jon to sell both his BMW and his Mercedes and escrow the funds to cover any potential in his ability to repay the $230,000; order Jon to produce all of his lawyer Mark J. Heller's retainer agreements, documentation regarding payment of any fees or retainers, as well as copies of all invoices from Heller and order Jon to pay Kate's legal fees of $5,000.

In the papers Kate claims that without the funds she is "unable to pay any bills or expenses for her or the parties eight children, including the real estate taxes, individual taxes, quarterly taxes, tuition for the children, clothing for the children and repairs to the homes."

In the papers, she claims, "Husband's conduct is knowing, willful, malicious, in bad faith and outrageous".

Her demanding something doesn't mean that she's right -- IMO, they asked the arbitrator for a ruling yesterday and that ended up with the judge demanding a conference call with both lawyers yesterday afternoon. No official word has come out about this.

And I distinctly remember them saying Jon was leasing the Mercedes SUV when it was dropped off...

Some of this might be what Kate is saying, some might be tabloid exageration of what she is saying. I'm still waiting to hear what the judge said to the lawyers (but we might never know, because he may have just said "Tell your clients to SHUT UP")

I said earlier that when I went to RadarOnline there was a TLC ad, then I go there to look at the new document and there is a Ann Taylor LOFT ad. Strange, right?

I just saw the Nancy Grace clip...it was awesome:worship:

This is what his mother should have been saying all along to him.

So Kate did go to therapy with him.

What did he mean by breaking the cycle with his father & grandfather?

I agree, she can demand a lot of things and so can he, who is right we may never know!

Did you notice that she is also requiring that Jon pay the lawyer fee for this filing which is $5,000? Imagine what she is paying her 3 lawyers if this one filing is 5K!

The "secret" documents that aren't so secret. :lmao:
:rotfl2:

I have no idea. I thought it was odd that he would keep 2 cars ni the city. Parking is extremely expensive here. :confused3

:rotfl2: I can't think of anything witty to say but it is really funny to me! :lmao:

He said the money he took out was for his "salary". I wonder if they have been doing that all along or just taking money out as needed? I also wonder about the other 10 accounts. If this one is emptied, then why can't Kate use money from the other accounts until this one is figured out? She should come over to this thread and answer all these questions!

Looks like the kids are with the nanny again today.

http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2009/10/new-photos-nanny-takes-gosselin-kids-school-again

Well, if the nanny is taking only Cara & Mady to school (since it was a small car without any room for the others), then who is home with the sextuplets? Good lord, how many nannies do they have?

I am pretty sure that therapy answer was in regards to Dr. Phil. Jon stated way back that they did one session with him together. He stated before that his father and grandfather had problems with alcohol.

If you look on page 16, it says that:

Jon got an advance of 119K

Kate got an advance of 54 K

And she bought her car for 69K. 69,000 for a car?! That's nuts!

ETA: And Jon's old car was 39K.

All these figures are going to be figured into their settlement money.

Page 17 explains about the bank account. It seems that they designated this one account to pay all the bills, which Kate would be responsible for paying. They each pay in 7500 each month for the bills.

Jon was like a deer caught in headlights for sure.
Not really--he actually did pretty good!!!
I thought it was great he was doing Larry King but to do ET and The Insider...is he doing Inside Edition too? Why the tabloid TV shows? It just makes it look like more of a circus than it already is. And the commercial for Jon being on with Nancy Grace was disgusting. It has Nancy and Jon both saying "Who's Side are you On?"...this isn't a game. :sad1:

If Kate did them, it would be okay???

Welcome to the thread! :flower3: Jon and Kate have both said they will not be getting back together. I think he means fix the relationship they have now as mother and father.

:thumbsup2

The previous 2 weeks you posted about how boring the show was and now you are calling it a waste after you watched it yet again. If it is so terrible, why do you watch it? :)

I was flipping channels at midnight and it was on. I thought I might as well watch it as it won't be long before its off the air for good!!!! Yeah---can't wait and hope Kate plus 8 is a no go too!

Boy, isn't that the truth. :thumbsup2

Its hard to turn on the tv without seeing these two clowns vowing for air space!!!

Anyone watch LKL last night -- I was really surprised they were talking about Jon and Kate again. They had 3 lawyers plus Dr. Drew who all refused to say that doing a reality show was definitely bad for the kids. However, good point made by one of them -- the kids should not be "wailing" as Kate described because the cameras were going to be removed from their lives.

I was pretty disappointed in Dr. Drew -- he said he sides with Kate, that the show is fine for the kids because she needs as many people as possible to take care of her kids and that Jon's job as a father of super-multiples was to support their mother since it is her job to take care of the kids (does he not watch the show, does he not read?) Oh yeah, and he defended TLC (he admits he knows the head person there very well and he's sure that she wouldn't do anything wrong) I am definitely ok with somebody disagreeing with me when they know all of the facts -- but really think people like that should shut up when they obviously don't.

One of the lawyers was the person who represented Denise Richards against Charlie Sheen -- I forget the credentials of the other 2. Not much of an objective panel IMO

The day after Jon was on LKL, Dr. Drew was on and said he watched the show. Here's a quote:

PINSKY: Which, by the way, is the main thing he looks for. I remember him saying that about Kate back before she had her children, that -- some of the things are -- I watch the show early on. What struck me, he said, you know, I married this hot girl and she was good to go. Those were his words, good to go. I thought, wow. Now look at what has happened.

I only watched a few minutes of the show last night but saw the friend and her son. Isn't that the one we saw pictures of this summer and wondered who it was? Maybe when Kate was in the driveway in her bikini?? I can't remember now but I remember there being a "friend" and another child and no one could figure out who she was. I don't think Kate was snotty - now I only watched a few minutes and will probably watch the whole show at some point this weekend. I think Kate thinks she's a good organizer (I'd like to think I'm good at organizing but know I could do better) and when someone - a professional none the less - came in and said things should be done like this or that if Kate had an idea already in mind, I could see where Kate could get a little upset. I thought the organization lady said Kate was seeing why they had the categories they'd suggested and that Kate was actually using them??

Yes, the organizations said something like Kate was set in her ways but warmed up to some of their ideas and that Kate saw the usefulness of their categories.

I said earlier that when I went to RadarOnline there was a TLC ad, then I go there to look at the new document and there is a Ann Taylor LOFT ad. Strange, right?

No, it's not strange. TLC and Ann Taylor LOFT are associated with Kate and the most commented/read articles on Radar Online are about Kate, Jon, and the children. It's smart business to advertise where your target customers hang out.

I had a co-worker tell me that the big Lexus SUV was around $80K and he felt that was a decent price for the vehicle. :scared1: Umm, he's obviously making a lot more than me!! Those big SUVs are pricey!!

That was the motorcycle he bought. Nope it was the old car he traded in.

That is certainly true!

They really should drop the price drastically on the old home and sell it. Even at a loss they would be free of some monthly expenses.

True, but if TLC is advertising on their site then they are also paying RadarOnline. So, in my mind, their reporting is biased towards TLC and obviously TLC is biased towards Kate.

I wonder why they didn't pay the house off while they were still living in it, save up money for a few episodes, and then buy the new house? They had to know that the market is slow. They obviously overpriced their house if you look at the other houses for sale in their neighborhood area. I agree, they need to cut their loses with that house. The court documents states they are still paying a cable bill at that house.

They might be better off doing what they did. They wait 2 years until the market turns around instead of paying all of it out of pocket. This way they are only making a payment every month.
