EXCLUSIVE: Jon Gosselin Now Has Bad Marriage With TLC
This is turning into an ugly divorce.

No, not the breakup of Jon and Kate Gosselin. That made-for-TV split announcement was ratings gold. The new breakup on the horizon features Jon and TLC, which is ready to limit his Jon & Kate Plus 8 on-screen appearances, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

“Jon is definitely in the doghouse with TLC,” a source close to the show told RadarOnline.com. “They are sick and tired of his antics.”

In fact, some people at the network believe that at times it seems as if Jon is trying to get them to fire him.

"He’s going through the motions right now and it seems like he doesn’t want to be there when he’s filming,” the source said.

Greatly complicating the situation is Jon’s romantic sideshow. First there was Hailey Glassman, the 22-year-old daughter of Kate Gosselin’s plastic surgeon. Then came Kate Major, who resigned from Star magazine to pursue her romance with Jon, a romance he later disavowed and she has spiritedly set out to validate through various interviews. Then Jon spent the night with his kids’ babysitter Stephanie Santoro. And now it’s back to Hailey, who trashed the network by calling it “the lying channel” in a recent interview.

And while TLC refused to dignify Hailey’s comments with a public statement, executives are not happy at Jon’s love life, which is starting to resemble Bret Michaels’ Rock of Love.

“TLC can’t tell Jon’s story anymore and they really don’t want to,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “Unless things change dramatically they are going to seriously assess his role in the show.”

Uh oh, Jon. Your great escape from Kate (1.0 and 2.0) may plunge you back into anonymity if you keep creating a public spectacle.

“The network is ready to focus the show more on Kate’s life as a single mom and we’ll be seeing less of Jon in coming months,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

We're told TLC is not happy with Jon Gosselin, but Jonnie boy may not care, because he has his sights set on a new show.

We're told Jon is in talks with a major production company -- Endomol -- to appear in a show called "Divorced Dad's Club." We're told the show chronicles the lives of famous divorced fathers. We're told producers talked to Jon, but he's concerned about his TLC contract.

But Jon may still have a shot at the new show, because we're told TLC is not happy with his conduct lately on "Jon & Kate Plus 8." We're told they fired off a letter to him, claiming he was in violation of the morals clause of his contract, partly because he's been seen going in and out of bars and drinking.

We're told Kate is actually pulling up the slack Jon has created. She now has the kids more than 60% of the time and is increasingly involved -- even when she doesn't have physical custody -- because she's concerned for the children's welfare, emotionally and financially.

We're told all the money they made last season from "Jon & Kate Plus 8" went into a joint account. Jon and Kate each took a cut, but Jon spent his share. Kate put a big chunk of the money into a college fund for the kids, so not much was left over.

As for this season, sources say a judge gave Kate control of the family finances because she was deemed the more responsible party. Jon gets limited access to the account for basic stuff, and we're told he's not happy about it. Kate's people say Jon is making money on the side by selling pictures and stories of him and the kids to the tabloids.

I know...I tend to take each with a grain of salt. I think for the most part most stories are leaked intentionally by those involved so they can get their side out without looking like "fame *****s". It's all a big PR game they play with the tabloids....leak a story/wait for general response/if response is negative back up quick and say it was all a lie/if response is positive go on with the next move in the game. For the most part "Team Kate" has been playing fairly well, "Team Jon"'s moves have been backfiring. Time will tell....

I used to love the show when it started. Now I'll watch it for a few minutes and turn it off. It's all about what trip/freebie they are doing this week. I liked when it was "reality" now it feels like one big commercial.

FWIW I agree Jon is actually like a jerk, but I feel like Kate is doing a pretty good job of "acting" too. Now she's the laid back, go with the flow Mom. I'm still not forgetting the gum incident.

And by the way I'm sick of hearing how they have to do this to support their kids. DH and I supported 7 kids, worked hard, put the older ones through college, bought a nice home, vacation, etc. without ANYONE's help or freebies!

The bachelor dad of eight and the reporter meet cute when she's dispatched to bucolic Wernersville, Pa., to interview the reality show star about his failing marriage. Promising! Then they share dinner in New York and the Hamptons, where he denies that they're anything more than friends. Coy! They share kisses and finally consummate their relationship in a Jersey hotel room (she paid for the room because he didn't want to use his credit card). Hot!

Then he dumps her via text message.

"I'm deeply upset by the turn of events," Major says in an interview with Life & Style. "He totally screwed me over and acted like a dirtbag."

Duh.

Major also says that Gosselin (who'd been and apparently still is dating Hailey Glassman, the daughter of estranged wife Kate's tummy tuck surgeon) told her he couldn't be seen having a girlfriend. So he told her to drive over to a neighbor's house after midnight, then gallantly offered to pick her up on his four-wheeler and return her at 6 a.m.

"I was shocked and said, 'No, I don't feel right doing that. What if the kids wake up?' He was like, 'They're not going to notice, they're not going to see anything.' He wasn't nervous about it -- I was. Looking back, it was all pretty much sexual. That's what he had in mind."

Major, who quit her job amidst the tabloid headlines last month, says Gosselin broke it off suddenly, claiming he needed to be single, then sent her a text message, saying, "Do not contact me again."

Meanwhile, TMZ.com reports that Gosselin has been in talks to jump the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" ship to star in another reality show, "Divorced Dads Club," possibly alongside new BFF Michael Lohan, father of Lindsay. That may be fine with TLC, which recently sent Jon a letter warning him that his partying is a violation of the morals clause of his contract.

I caught a bit of the show with Kate and the boys at the NC battleship. Since I had just toured it this summer, I found it really fun watching those little boys experiencing it. While it would be very possible for Jon to sell pictures and stories about him and the kids, it wouldn't be to the paps -- they can get them for free (and have been doing so since the divorce announcement, including times that the kids were with Kate). More likely that he got money for tipping them off that he was going to Europe for the Ed Hardy thing -- there really hasn't been anything else.

Talk about selling stories -- this one could only have come from Kate's camp (nobody else would know these details and/or would want to make this claims) Since they're unsubstantiated, I'm taking them with a grain of salt -- stories like this are all part of the divorce battles, JMHO (assuming they weren't actually just made up by Star Magazine, which is entirely possible -- didn't some posters here think that this was a possible scenario? IMO, Kate could also have been tipped off by the paps, since Stephanie had been at the house all day)

BTW, why are there STILL no pictures of this?

The theory is she did end it, Jon was allowed to do what he wanted (all have denied 'cheating'), and everything was reasonably fine until Jon was seen out with Deanna. Then the you-know-what hit the fan and the story unraveled.

IMO, that money should have been split 10 ways, and then no one would have to worry about Jon spending half of the chunk. Or at least 3 ways. Not much left over my behind.

This makes it sound like Kate took 'her' money and gave it to the kids. It's all the kids money.

In most divorces doesn't the mom often end up as the primary caregiver? Doesn't Kate want to be? Being concerned for your kids is a normal part of being a mom.

On another topic, the Kate 2.0 stuff is so funny! She acts as if they dated for months or years! When people jump levels like that (I think there's a better word) you know they are nuts! I'm sure her ex boyfriend is a reliable source of info LOL!

Jon really hasn't hidden much or seem to care much, I don't know why he wouldn't admit to Kate 2.0 or Steph?

I'm not sure I agree 100% with what you're saying, but I do agree that there should be Jon's money, Kate's money and the children's money.

I also think it would have been a good idea for a neutral party be assigned to managing the family finances.
