I agree that she's in Charlotte but don't know if they filmed today or not. I have no idea how I'd find that out either....maybe they filmed first thing this morning before she went to Charlotte? Maybe they're filming this even when she's done in Charlotte? Who knows...

I think the media got it wrong. shocking, huh?

It just seems unlikely to me that they'd film before this morning's show, since that time is spent prepping for today. Also, Kate would have to travel to Charlotte after the taping. Since she was scheduled at 1:30pm, she'd have to leave NYC pretty early to make sure she's there in time.

I did find the photos, but not the article I was reading about the day Mady skipped off the set to play with the dogs. BTW, the photos are dated July 14th.

They have both said, if the kids feel they don't want to film, they don't have to. They have both said they can go to a friends house or out of view. While I imagine it may not be that simple, I hope K & J were telling the truth.

I still think Jon did the dog incident because Kate was suppose to be home from the "View" but must of stayed another day to tape Friday. Knowing that she was going to be in Charlotte later in the week and he was responsible for the babysitting, I would be upset too! When that divorce is final those days they have the kids will be split even and I don't think there is a chance that Kate will spend every holiday with those kids--not if Jon has his way. He can't stand her--she can't stand him.

I also believe that those dogs are gone for good. If they couldn't pay anyone to come to the house to take care of the dogs, why would they pay the breeder?? Can you imagine if everyone who bought (or was given) a dog from a breeder returned it 11 months later and asked him to take care of it until we can figure out what to do.

Neither dog is spayed/neutered. Boo, hiss. They were supposed to be pets. I bet the breeder would only take them back if they were in tact. Any reputable breeder agrees to take back puppies that don't work out, that is one good thing about this crazy, crazy tale. Oh also the kids didn't look upset at all about the dogs, so if that was Jon's plan, it didn't work out.

Two friends went to see Kate today at the SWS; haven't heard from them.

Actually, Kate went to court to get control of the money -- the judge approved it because that is how it was being done until that time, pending the separation of assets in the divorce ie. Jon has always and will continue to just get an allowance until that time. I'd say he obviously hadn't been spending much and has substantial savings (we know he doesn't have many clothes).

I don't have a problem with him spending some money -- he does earn some of it, and they've been getting $150,000 per episode.

I don't know whether they were filming on July 14th, but the photos were posted on that site on July 14th, so it was on or before that date.

The first article I saw with these pictures said that they had been filming outside and also showed pictures of that, minus Mady. I'll go looking for it again.

I just find it interesting that this seems to keep coming up lately re the kids not wanting to film. May be true, may not be, but it wouldn't surprise me if Jon is refusing to make it easy for TLC.

Kate or no Kate, I can honestly say that is a show I would NEVER watch. I am not a fan of Sandra Bernhard at all.

And that is one interesting line up! Strong personalities all around!

There is no proof that Jon bought any cars for anybody -- in fact, he is leasing the vehicles that he drives. And Hailey's family has a lot more money than the Gosselins -- if she wanted a car she could just call her dad, but she probably has at least one in her own name already.

Also, Jon never had access to Kate's money or most of his own, even when he worked outside the home. Not that I agree with his alledgedly buying jewelry for Hailey, but there is still no proof that he did (anymore than there is proof that he bought an engagement ring for Deanna -- guess everybody forgot about that story)

I guess it's possible. It was always said that the show was on hiatus .. not the filming of the show. I can't remember (and don't have time to check right now) when we started seeing pics of the camera crew in the tabloids after the announcement.

and for those keeping track ... Kate was/is gone for quite a stretch this time. NYC, Charlotte, and now filming the TV pilot this weekend ... I wonder how much Jon is paying attention to the children with the current tabloid disaster.

Kind of weird how they tried to tie that fight at the gate/calling the police thing into the article. That doesn't make sense at all.

And I have been a non-fan of Sandra Bernhardt since she and Madonna were smoking cigarettes on stage at an awards show many years ago. Way to be a role model Madonna. I do tend to hold grudges about things like that, which is probably why I'm a non-fan of Jon right now.

I've only (only lol) seen $75,000 a show. I've seen people say, I bet it's each, but I haven't seen that in any reputible places.

Someone found the public records indicating Kate controls Jon's money and gives him an allowance? Or are we just talking about the house/tuition type bills? I didn't realize any of that was public. I'd fire my lawyer too (if he did) if my wife won the rights to my money. I assume she has to prove she is using the money (the combined money) just for bills, and they would each still have rights to their own money.

That's not 'lately'. Kate and Jon have said that in many interviews.

No there's not proof (that I can recall off the top of my head) - is there proof that Jon's leasing? I thought the latest article was that he'd bought the car that was delivered to the house.

Does Hailey's family have that much money really (no snark intended - I don't really know anything about her family other than the dad did Kate's tummy tuck back in the day)??

I wouldn't say Jon never had access to the money - he just said that Kate handled the finances. He obviously had access to money - remember when he bought the shower head and didn't use a coupon (I think it was a shower head - I've never seen the episode)?

All of the recent articles, including the ABC interview (I think) said that it was $75,000 each. I was looking for this information specifically because IMO it makes a huge difference in how much money they have (although I know nothing about what their take-home pay would be, since your tax rules are so different from ours). As for the allowance issue, that was confirmed by Jon -- plus the fact that he has no idea how much they own, owe, etc.

He obviously had enough to buy a shower head, but that's nowhere near the income he might have had access to had Kate not been controlling all of the money.

There were several articles about Jon's new SUV, none said he purchased it and some said he was leasing it (when I did a search, one of them was in People) as well as stories about how he was dissatisfied with the BMW and was going to try to get out of the lease.

And yes, Hailey's family is filthy rich. Her father is co-director of an expensive plastic surgery clinic.

Now when did Jon say he was staying with his mom and the Glassmans?? I'd be curious to see how that fits into this as well.....I guess I have more research to do tomorrow!

Also, is there a "time line" for this whole mess out there somewhere? I've tried googling for one before (from the divorce or the beginning of everything) and haven't been able to find one..
