I'm not going to join the bikini/hat/cover up debate (not now at least!) but I'm totally against them posting the picture with the "friend's" child. There are enough other pictures of Kate to use instead of showing the little guy's face. I think that's just beyond.....that mom (assuming Kate's friend is his mom) did not sign up to have her kid's picture plastered all over the internet. I know she takes that chance being friends with Kate but really they didn't have enough other pictures to use???

(and if I had a swimming pool - wish I did - I'd most likely be in a bathing suit also, especially if I had the pool and property that Jon and Kate do. However, if I knew that I was being photographed, then I might cover up just a tad more ).

The suit seems a size too small but she looks great and is her on yard. My MIL who has NEVER looked like that paraded around in her swimsuit all the time when she had a pool. She was the type that didn't care what anyone thought and if you didn't want to see her - don't look. She even pulled weeds in her swimsuit

Pulling weeds in a swimsuit,hmm. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode when Jerry is dating a girl who walks around nude. He said that some things just should not be done nude, like trying to open a jar of mayo. Nude or swimsuit weeding , hmm.

Yes I came back too, when the no bash thread opened up, seems like that thread has removed some of the negativity here
I of course had to come back with the all of the current events. Nobody in my life except my brother in law will talk about the show, can you imagine.

I think things had gotten heated before the big announce now it seems like people have chilled out a little more. I am sure everyone on this thread, if we met in a line at Disney, would be chatting with each other because that is how we all ended up our love od WDW. I can't imagine kate even coming up in conversation

I just read this and I have to comment. Here she is saying how horrible it is to walk into a grocery store and see her face and Jon's plastered over all the magazines for her kids to see but she's voluntarily interviewing in one with her face AS THE COVER! This gets me so upset. I don't care about her hair, bubbies, bikinis, nothing, this contradicting crap that comes out of her mouth is what upsets me the most.

Uh..have you seen when I'll be at Disney? I see when you will be. A few of us will be ther same time. Wanna bet if we notice each other, it will be because we'll overhear each other talking about Kate and Jon LOL...not!
Perhaps we should meet for soda somewhere, just to say we did, and we didn't hit each other over the head with a People magazine LOL. Who wants to invite Kate and the kids??

OH my..the mental image!!

It's embedded in the back of my mind forever - no escaping my MIL weeding in her suit bent over & not caring who sees.

We had to stay with her a few mo. while our house was being built, I was pregnant (these were the days before "below the belly" panties came out). I pulled in the driveway one day & she had mine & Dh's underwear, bras, & panties hanging out on her line. I thought I would die. I don't like people doing my laundry much less hanging them out for the world to see.

I really needed therapy by the time I escaped.
