I was actually able to see the pic. Yep, they've been "enhanced"! She does have a nice figure, though. I couldn't pull that suit off...I'll try to post the pic after my lunch break...

Its the underneath on her right **** that kind of gives it away. That bathing suit isnt doing anything for her on that side...

that is exactly what I thought, and the top doesn't look like one of those that has padding or any other enhancements.

I've just not seen them that up close and personal.

Who walks around their front yard in a bikini unless their name is Danielle Staub????

This girl has completely lost it and just like Britney when she was shaving her head, it doesn't seem like there is anyone around who has the ability to stop this train wreck! Luckily Britney's father stepped in and stopped the insanity but I don't think there is a soul around Kate to rein her in. Where are her PR people?? Gosh, it makes me wonder if even her PR team hates her as much as most of America does.....

As for the girls, they have definitely been enhanced....There is no push up happening in that top. There may be padding but them girls are coming out the bottom.....

Also, is there a pool on that property? I don't remember ever seeing one. Secondly, who is driving and who is in the car?

The women is definitely CRAVING attention and is downright CRAZY, nothing else needs to be said....

Finally, what is with the hats??? It makes me wonder if she cut her hair and hates it and doesn't want the world to see it until she is able to fix it with extensions or for it to grow....

This family will not be going away quietly....I wonder what Jon will do this week to top Kate's latest attention grabber

She says in the People article that she knows people are talking about her alleged plastic surgeries. I wonder if all the working out has made them appear more robust. I really can't see how she could sneak out to have them done (not that she has to be ashamed of it, not my business..and I wouldn't mind getting my made 'higher' lol..just sayin..). In any case, she has nothing to defend imo. Her yard, her bikini, her body.

And yes, there is a beautiful pool in the backyard.

Gag. She still doesn't own up to her part in this.

I like the part where she is saying that she when is away from the kids it's because of work and it's different then when Jon is away because it's not for work. Being away from the kids is being away from the kids regardless of what you are doing. The guy doens't HAVE a job to "escape" to so is he NEVER supposed to get away from the house and kids? Is she really that clueless??

If she was home day in and day out and Jon was traveling for days and day on end she cannot even tr to tell me she wouldn't try and get away when she could.

I don't get all the outrage about the bikini. She is in her own yard, near her house (with a pool, BTW), which is a very long ways away from the main road or any other homes. And really, other than some problem areas in the back, I think she looks pretty damn good.

Is Matthew Mcconaughy crazy like Brittany Spears too cause he is always half naked running around with his kid? Oh, maybe it's only crazy if your a mom. Dads can do whatever they want, like pierce both ears, cheat, and say after having 8 kids that they don't know what they want to do with their life.

No offence but when you become a property owner... you can prance around in a bikini if you want! LOL. When I leave the pool I do cover up, esp. if my neighbors are outside or I think they are home (if i leave the backyard). But im pregnant and i wear a bikini in my back yard. If my neighbors want to look out their window and take photos of me they could (and they probably think its terrible that I am in a bikini and 30wks pregnant but who cares?). I dont know... her yard, her business.

I think it would be different if she was complaining day and night about her photos being taken by the paparazzi-- and her kids being in them, etc. She doesnt seem to be complaining though. If she starts complaining about being plastered on the internet in a bikini showing half the bottom of her ****-- well, then she knows how to fix it. Get a bathing suit that fits a little better and stay out of their site. But... until she complains-- what does it matter If she doesnt care to flaunt it- why should we care if shes doing it?

LOL and the hat complaints. C'mon-- we ALL have stuff in our closet that isnt as fashionable as others. She doesn't have to be a Ann Taylor billboard all the time. Isn't that what most of you want? Her becoming more "mommy-like".... so whats wrong with the hat then?

I agree. I have breastfed 3 kids and mine will never look like that again without help from a surgeon. For mine to be that "high" the bikini top would be tied so tight I would have rope burn around my neck

The suit seems a size too small but she looks great and is her on yard. My MIL who has NEVER looked like that paraded around in her swimsuit all the time when she had a pool. She was the type that didn't care what anyone thought and if you didn't want to see her - don't look. She even pulled weeds in her swimsuit

Im not a big Kate fan but c'mon , I think all this is a bit over the top. She was not walking up and down the street of her neighborhood in front of all. She was on her property that is well hidden and not seen by neighbors. A very large telephoto lens go the pic. Yeah, could she figure there are photographers? Sure.. The pics also show her going back to the backyard... The front of her house is more like property with a VERY long driveway, not a public yard open for all....

And to bring her up in the same sentence with a convicted drug dealing/kidnapper/drug using "escort" is just IMO, excessive....

I wanted to add that maybe the hat is step 1 for her in the 12-step process that Madge is also going through! First, she does the hat.... then, maybe she starts wearing more mommy like shoes..... hey... it's a process!

I agree! If Kate continues to act as though they (the papparazzi) aren't there.. eventually photogs will get tired of taking the same photos day in and day out of her doing everyday normal things. If she stays in her house with the blinds closed and never leaves, the day she does decide to leave-- everyone in the world would know. As for now... unless you follow this story closely-- your likely not going to see this photo. And people will eventually get tired of seeing her doing everyday things on the front of People, OK, etc, etc..
