I don't watch the show, and probably won't watch Monday's show either. I just can't stand that woman and her cranky ways. but I do read this board to keep up on what is going on.
Here is my $.02.
I think Jon loves his kids too much to get a studio like they say he is looking at. I really have a feeling that he is being wined and dined by the Trump group. I have nothing to prove this, I just feel like Jon might be the mext person on Celebrity apprentice and the apartment is part of the deal. I would think if he moves out he will find a place big enough for him and the kids. And he would move closer, PA is at least 2 hours from NY city.
I do think Kate cheated, but I also think Jon cheated. But I do feel Jon had better reason, I would have cheated if I was married to someone like her. As to her cheating, she probably did things in front of the kids because they are with her when she is with her bodyguard. Maybe they should ask the kids on camera...

Little Jonas is 13 weeks old now and 16 pounds....sometimes I think he looks tiny, and sometimes I think he looks big...

Here he is sharing a drink with big sister Kacie who is a little over 60 pounds.

That is a horrible idea. If it were your kids would you like the cameras to ask them if your spouse cheated on you? I can't imagine a parent who would even consider this as an option.

We don't know that Kate cheated. All we have proof of is Jon out at 2am with a 23 year old, in Utah with the same girl, and confirmed reports from her brothers that they were indeed having a months long affair. With Kate it is just an accusation without the same kind of visual/verbal proof. Cheating is never an OK option in my book but that's just me...

Back to the contract thing, maybe Kate and Jon had a contract that allowed Jon to have a girlfriend because Kate knew Jon would get caught and it would make her look like the victim.

Surely you are joking.

If Jon agreed to do Celebrity Apprentice or any other reality show it would be a kick in the face. He wants out of the limelight, remember? He wants to just "be Jon". Besides, Jon is a little lazy to do that particular show IMHO. However, Trump likes the ladies (esp. pretty blondes it seems) so he may let Kate come in and get to say "You're Fired" on week one!

IMO, there is no reason to cheat. And no reason to flaunt that kind of behavior. He's off being photographed with some 23 year old here there and everywhere, and he comes off looking not so bad? I think it's disgusting and lame. If he wasn't happy in the marriage he could have sought help with the problems or gotten out.

Now he's saying he's changed and he's all puffed up like a bantam chicken. He seems to like being the strong personality. Wasn't that what he disliked about Kate?

I would agree 100% if we were not dealing with BizarreO world, this story has gotten crazier every day. Who knows what these 2 agreed on.

J&K related: I just saw the clip for the first time with Kate's voice over saying they have made life changing decisions, and the big build up for Mondays show. I just have to say this - for me,this show went from,
1. "that is a cute idea for a documentary, jeez, what a handful, the kids are so cute" to
2. "hmm, it is sort of creepy to have your kids on tv each week, aren't they worried about exposing them to crazy people? I don't think I would do that for money, but the kids are cute"
3. to " ok, the freebies are getting ridiculous and this woman is a beast to her husband" to
4. "OMG! these people are going to rot in hell for for prostituting out their family lives and and family crisis for MONEY and RATINGS!"

I do....he got married very young and had kids, got a divorce and then started dressing/acting like Jon is now.

i actualy believe that even if jon knew for a fact that kate had/is cheating it would be a tremendously saavy move on his (or a p/r rep's part) not to make any public comment on it. the real reality of a divorce and child custody is it is not something that the "court of public opinion" will make the final decision on. if the 2 adults cannot make a mutual agreement it will come down to a family law judge. the family law judge will look to the public and private PROVEN behaviour of the parents-and it could look tremendously beneficial for jon to be able to demonstrate that he purposely withheld the information in an effort to prevent diminishing his children's perecption of their mother.

i'm not say this is what he is doing, but when it comes down to dollars and cents (if that's what this is all about), so long as he does'nt bash her in the media she can be somewhat perceived as the wronged spouse and there is the potential for the show (or her income revenues to continue), he can then go to court, and if he truely has'nt cheated can come out as the person who when asked about it by the media was truthful, "took his children's best interests to heart" and "took the high road" by not saying against their mother-and walk away with generous custody of his children as well as spousal support based on any contracts kate has entered into prior to the formal dissolution of the marriage.

None of that would matter in NYS family court, your state must be different. Cheating, lying to your spouse, being a 'big' person and not talking about the mom or the dad, wouldn't play any part of custody, and neither would having an affair, unless you were having it in front of the kids. You can live with someone, and as long as he treats the kids well, and isn't a sex offender, that won't play into custody decisions either. Treatment and support of the children, come first and foremost, along with a 'steady' environment. She (well, TLC) has Jon on tape saying he doesn't like staying at home with the kids..back when he was working and recently. He was out in a bar at a time when we assume he was supposed to be taking care of the children (although that won't mean diddly if he had a sitter). I can see no reason why he would get them in anything other than a shared arrangement.
But Jon doesn't strike me as being very savy, so if he knew something, I doubt he would keep it quiet. I still can't get past that so many are willing to close their eyes on what Jon has been up to and either say that Kate had an affair, so it's only fair (or she deserved what she got), or that it just seems to be OK that Jon cheated on his vows, but it wouldn't be OK for Kate .

Yep, and he also said that Kate was the one that ended it:

IF this is all true, and the secret contract was actually a legal separation agreement, would an affair by either of them after signing that be considered cheating in a divorce court? I'm not sure how separations work....

Maybe that's how Jon/Kate say they haven't cheated on their spouse during the marriage?
