From the article it says it was April 26 when she was sunbathing: "On April 26 - while his wife Kate was traveling - Jon had Deanna over to sunbathe in his family's front lawn (see photo, left). This was just seven days after they had first been photographed together at Legends Lounge at 2 a.m."

You know...I didn't even think of that....I live in Texas and it hasn't really been warm enough here for sunbathing yet!!

Not weird. We had a stretch of high 80's and upper 90's weather that weekend of the 25th. Perfect sunbathing weather! It was really hot and humid then. My girls were running through the sprinkler with their bathing suits that weekend.

I only read the Yahoo article, but I love how the brother says his sister isn't a homewrecker. If this is all true...she absolutely knows Jon is married with eight children. You can't defend a woman who gets into a relationship knowing that. She's as guilty and wrong as he is. Again, I don't want to label this woman without the facts, so, remember, I said "if" this is all true.

that video is pretty convincing, but you can't see his face. aside from that, I will say that whoever it is certainly has Jon's build and walk. I can see where someone would think it's Jon. I'd also like to see a time stamp.

and if it is Jon? this whole thing may come crashing down like a house of cards.

Well, a time stamp and also proof of whose house he's walking out of. Sorry, my eyes and mind are blurry from end of the school year paperwork, I couldn't figure out how to finish that sentence without a preposition.

I am not so sure about this girl's brother coming out and saying all that. He seems pretty focused on the sex. I wonder if they are seeing this as an opportunity? Not saying Jon is innocent but what brother would say such personla things? What kind of intentions would he have? Something about that doesn't seem right to me. Unless Jon picked a winner to have an affair with...

So who is the other person in the pic? And if they are on the front lawn why do they have a cooler out there? Looks more like he had a couple over that brought a cooler.

That's a good point, and who'd the other guy in the picture??? It seems very weird to me...I mean if he was having an affair with this girl, and was stupid enough to bring her to his house, why would he have another guy over there with him at the time??? It doesn't make sense to me

Bottom line, if the picture of the sunbathing is not her or she is with the other guy and the video is an old one, someone is just out to make money. Who took that picture? I am not saying Jon is innocent, but whomever is the one leaking all of this stuff is not great either. He/She is willing to exploit others for their own financial gain. If you have proof of infidelity, fine, show Kate. Let them deal with it either privately or let them make a statement of some sorts to the public saying that their marriage is over.

Of course if it is the paperazzi that is taking the picture, then that is part and parcel of being a celebrity and having them splash your face all over the place and that is just stupidity to be out and about in public with someone you shouldn't be with.

As for the brother trying to help his sister. I am sorry, but if my sister was having an affair with a married man (celeb or not) I would be kicking her rear so hard she wouldn't be able to sit down for a month. I would not be broadcasting it all over the place. In fact it would be embarrassing for me and my family to have a relative that is the "other woman". (and this has happened to my husband's family. You never look at the person the same way again.) If he really wanted to help and loved her, he would not do this publicly, it would be privately.

And Jon, just stupid, stupid, stupid. Bad decision dude. If you really want out, there are better ways to do this. What kind of message are you sending to your sons? It is okay to totally embarrass your family as long as you get what you want?

OK, I just looked at the pictures a little closer. The girl in the grad garb could be the sunbather, but the girl in the car looks different.

From reading everyones comments I will be going against the tide. Please don't flame. I just have some questions/things to point out.

• It appears that no one finds it odd that her brother talks openly about her having sex.
  • Are you telling me that no one questions whether this is credible or not?
  • We are talking about a gossip magazine. It would not be the first time that a tabloid paid someone to say exactly what sells magazines.
• Have any of you ever had a friend of the opposite sex? (I am not convinced either way whether he is cheating or not. If he is, then I am of the same mind as the last 10 posts.)
  • From a guys perspective, Kate can be rather bossy, and down right nasty. My DW and I talk about this all the time.
  • She is definetly the boss.
  • Is it possible that he is just looking for a friend?
  • Or possibly just venting a little?

I know my questions comments will be unpopular. However, when I read that article, I question how credible the source is. I don't many brothers that would talk about their sister having sex in the other room to a national tabloid.

Remember we had a hot week here in the North East. It was into the 90's around here so I'm guessing the same by where their house is.
But really he can't be that stupid. Letting her sunbathe in front of the house? And NOT expect to get photographed. He's trying to send a message I think. And the message is "I'm a Jerk"

But really can that be her brother blabbing about her having sex in that magazine? Really? That doesn't make any sense. Personally I think it is inappropriate for a married man to be hanging around with a woman 10 years younger without his wife-jmho. So even if he's not cheating, he is acting inappropriately. And HELLO WHO IS WATCHING THE KIDS? Isn't Kate the one that made such a fuss over "only family" with the kids. So if Jon's sunbathing and Kate is off doing a tv spot where are the kids?

And again DH said "See what happens when you get hairplugs!"

I kept wondering why U.S. kept mentioning brothers roommate and that got me thinking, it was probably the roommate and her brother just nodded his head. People will do anything for money, especially if they are out of work.

They just bought that house. I'm sure Kate has it figured out, how many speaking engagements she needs to do, to pay bills. There is no way, the home they are in, is paid for, plus they still have their other home. Good points. I have a hard time believing too that US Magazine would run with this story AND pictures if it wasn't credible. J&K can very easily turn and sue (another way to bring in more $) not to mention what TLC could do.

As far as the idiotic brother telling everything, I'd believe it. I'm sure he saw an opportunity for his 15 minutes of fame plus the $ he was given for doing so. Maybe he's jealous, maybe he's stupid, maybe he's a pig, who knows why a brother would do something like that. If he had any brains or compassion for his sister or Jon's family, he'd have kept his big mouth shut and quietly confronted Jon and her.

Even if people don't believe he's cheating and having an affair, it is soooooo inappropriate and unacceptable to have that girl sunbathing in your yard. I would FREAK if my DH was doing that and thinking it was fine! I'll say it just like the rest, who is watching the kids???? I just can't imagine where they were when this young girl was lounging around their yard. It's so weird, totally trashy and classless. Kate has ALWAYS said she's very particular about who watches her kids. I remember reading in her book that after the babies were finally brought home, she refused help from people offering because she didn't know them and wasn't comfortable. Really, those kids deserve better care.
