How did they live there for 2.5 years?! Good lord. what a thing to say about the house where their children were babies. Such an awful time it must have been.

The kids are cute, though .. running around and playing. Very engaging with the camera crew.

Really, if this was SUCH a chore for Kate, they should have paid to have the house gutted. All Kate has done is complain about the stuff. Yes. Moving is a hassle, but get over it. Geez.

What? "Closure will come when I have no more bills from that house. Annoying." OK. Many, many people cannot move to a new house without selling the old one. Many people are losing their homes ... and cannot afford to have 2 houses for a little whole. OMG. Is she kidding me?!

The kids must be on spring break. I know lots of our private schools are on spring break this week and last week. Our private schools don't have to make up all the snow days, and the don't have to have 160 school days that public schools do.

No, most schools here will not have spring break until the week before Easter.

What got me about this episode is that for a confessed "neat freak" she sure had a lot of junk. All the neat freaks I know are neat, it doesn't matter if people can see it or not.

I think the thing that bugs me about Kate and Jon is that they are never happy. Free vacation, not happy. Moving to a bigger house, not happy. All she did was harp on the fact that the old house wasn't big enough, moving sucks, cleaning sucks, see where I'm going here. We all know that moving/cleaning out sucks, it has to be done. We all know that she thought the house was too small. I agree with Madge, then didn't need a bigger house they wanted one. Just say that! At least she didn't say that the kids "deserve" a bigger house.

The tan is over the top. I hope it is spray and not tanning bed. I think it sticks out so much because her teeth are so white.

I did feel bad for Jon when he was talking about his Dad. You can tell he still thinks about him a lot.

I read that article from "Philadelphia Magazine" thought this ...

Do you remember the book "Karen", about a girl with cerebral palsy, written by her mother (Marie Killilea)? The mother, for the most part, made the family sound like saints. So ... from what I've read on the web ... Karen and her siblings are still alive, and Karen doesn't want to be associated with the book or her "fans." She has said that the book was her mother's fantasy of the situation, and there were many problems in the family her mother chose to "hide." That the book was her mother's "thing", not hers and that she chose to live the rest of her life in private. Not an exact quote, but that's the general idea.

I think Mady will grow up to feel that way, and maybe some of the sextuplets when they are old enough to realize what's going on. Cara doesn't seem to care one way or the other.

As for the tabloids, I bet those girls got a lot of money from selling that picture of them and Jon. Jon really needs to be more careful, unless he got a cut of the profits.

I know it is the Star, but a friend of mine teaches school in that area and a couple of her students had dinner with Jon one evening. His Mom and their grandmother are friends. They said he was at his Mom's helping her do some painting around her house for a couple days.

I can't understand such hateful comments by the readers of the article. They say they "love" the children but hate Kate. Well, If I "loved" someone I would not publicly write anything about how I hated their mother. No matter what anyone thinks, they are Kate's children and they love her and she loves them. She may be a different parent than some people but that doesn't mean she loves her children any less.

For example on a much smaller scale. My Ex MIL hates me because I left her baby boy. She claims to "love" my children. Well, my children heard her call me a witch (but with a B) when they were about 7 and 9. She doesn't know they heard her, but they did. No matter what she thinks about me leaving her son, I am her Grandchildren's mother and guess what...they really have nothing to do with her now because of the way she feels about me.

My Mother doesn't like my ex because of the reasons why I left him, but has never once said anything bad about their father, and my girls adore my mother.

So moral of that long story, you can't claim to "love" someone and say nasty things about someone THEY love.

It also bugs me when people freak out because Kate says she cuts coupons....good lord, just because someone has money doesn't mean they want to waste it. My BIL is crazy rich and he is the tightest person I know with his money. That's why he has so much of it!!

WOW, I read that book when I was like 10yo and I am 55yo now. I loved it as we have the same first and middle names. I think that is why my parents bought me the book and I can remember finding it sooooo sooooo sad. Thanks, this has been kinda like a blast from my past!

there have been reports (not just on GWoP) of Jon hanging out in bars in Pennsylvania and Utah. this may be an innocent fan shot, but it has an equal chance of being something more.

Jon Gosselin chose to make a statement about it on RadarOnline... the same site that Octomom uses... looks pretty tabloidy to me.

As much as I hate to say it, the tabloids usually end up being true and the other national newspapers follow their lead days or weeks later. Dut to libel lawsuits, they often factcheck and validate their sources more than other lofty papers like the New York Times.

Over the past month, our comment queue has been receiving a steady stream of links to various articles, blogs, photos, etc., discussing the rumors regarding Jon Gosselin. Those of you who have submitted these may have noticed that we have never published them.

Recently our comment queue has begun to bulge with a new set of links because of the mention of these rumors in Star Magazine. We have declined to publish those as well.

We'd be grateful if readers would please give us a break and stop submitting these links or comments regarding them; it's doubtful we'll be changing this policy any time soon.

I agree, it is highly unusual for them not to be plastering this all over the homepage. But if they're waiting for proof, good for them. hopefully there isn't any.
