...having just ruined a good day by having a cookie
I'm on a bit of a mission to lose the 5lb I gained when I was doing my teaching practice so I can comfortably fit into a size 6 jeans again! Problem is, it's those last 5lb and they're sticky.
So far, cycling for two lots of 10 minutes per day to and from work and sticking to two decent, healthy meals per day plus one piece of fruit as a snack. Oh and FAR too much wine at the weekends
