It’s become a competitive sport of sorts. If you managed to grab a studio for your week in December trip, come join in a celebratory

I did not walk this go-round for varying reasons, including UY, did it the old-skool way. TBH, didn’t’ think it was going to happen without WL

I was trying for either VWL & AK (value or standard) starting on the 1st. Happy with AK standard, did WL for value. It’s come thru a couple of times in the past for this week, surely; not counting on it.

Thought I had VWL, picking up three days after walkers passed it by, but it dried up midway. Assume somebody happy with days I did release.

So glad I don’t have to sit refreshing my phone.

Surprised, MS linked the 5 different res into one within minutes of calling today. Good job! Last go-round it took over a week.

I got one three night RV at RiV, one three night at RIV in PV.

Need to get my VGF rooms still and was supposed to try this morning but I wasn’t available at 8 am so it’s a waitlist.

It get to do this all again for the 2nd week of December in a few days!

First time going with studio at BCV for December. Noticed this ‘Happy Dance’ lasts for days when you speed click and actually get it. 5am here on west coast is rough.

I also managed to get what I wanted! First weekend in December in a lake view studio at BLT. Missed the 8am window, but managed to stalk and put together my stay. I can't wait! Now if only Disney would bring back the dream lights on the castle

LOL! You don’t need to but for me, it worked in my favor because I was obviously near the top of the waitlist to have it fill in 3 days from the opening window. .

No extra work and I got the cheaper view! Which is why I don’t walk,,,if it’s not a demand issue, waitlists work.

If it is, then I stalk while the waitlist is in play!!

Huh? I got shut out the morning of the 11 month window and had to waitlist.

So, if the room became available that quickly, it was most likely a walker who dropped it, not someone who really wanted it and changed their mind 3 days later

All I know is I got my two RV RIv studios for the first week of December with no extra work and I am thrilled!

And, I got my 1 bedroom RV RIV room for the second week of December today too!

Just have to secure my VGF ones and I will have what I need for whichever week I end up going!!!!

Happy Dance for me! I was a little nervous, this is my first 11 month booking and it’s a busy time. Got our Deluxe Theme Park View Studio in the Island Tower at the Poly! Woo hoo!

After the walkers kept on walking, I was able to get some of the nights I wanted at VGF, but needed one more. I had a waitlist for that single additional night. Stalking the website this morning, I was able to get it. The waitlist did not grab it for me. I had been stalking at random times the past several days.

Sometimes you might have the room but it hasn’t yet processed. But it never hurts to stalk, just in case!!!

One way to know is check to see if it’s gone after you get your room but back after you cancel the waitlist!!

I managed to get my studio at 8 AM for Beach Club Villas for Dec 8-13. Cancelled the next day for a 1 BR. I made the mistake of letting my daughter know so her husband and grandson are also coming now
