Hi, I had the pleasure of working with Joey when he was on board and got to know him a little. What a wonderful, humble and funny guy! He is great with his family and strangers alike and compared to many Celebs that have cruised, he was probably one of the respected by the crew and guests! Dinner or drinks with him is always a good laugh, those who have him on a cruise will easily get to see and chat with him if he is on!

This got me thinking, if Joey does get on a cruise, where does he and his family stay? Does Disney have special cabins reserved for celebrities? or does he just get to pick from what is available? meaning one could have him as a cabin neighbor?
and he is rockin' the dance floor, i thought last night's performance was incredible. He works hard to entertain, and he comes thru everytime.

I do know that Joey Fatone is doing the Dancing With the Stars Tour this summer. The tour seems to start 6/22/07 and goes straight through 7/24/07.

I would think that he would be going sometime between this weekend and mid-June. Hopefully, he'll be on the 5/27/07 Wonder cruise with my family. I think it would be cool to meet Joey.

I have a DD17 that used to idolize NSync. She has even pulled out the old CD's since she saw him on Dancing With the Stars. We are rooting for him to win tonight.

Mike Super does magic stuff on DCL, he was on the cruise I went on last year.
He has a newsletter that he sends out, and he was mentioning that he was going cruising with Joey Fatone & Boys II Men.

When in Orlando the last time, I heard Joey on the radio. He has a charity started - I think the Fatone Family Foundation. Not sure if my link is allowed, but you can google it. I really applaud celebrities who work in the community, especially with children.

Cebs usually have to settle for what is available and they usually do, unless it is a high profile Celeb who really needs to be careful about their privacy. They would then be planned and booked for well in advance. Also the cabins are actually paid for out of an DCL Entertainment Dep Budget, so they will not always go for the most expensive category!!!??? Joey Fatone stays pretty much in the usual guest cabin and can be anywhere from Dck 2 to Deck 8 depending on availability. The best part is that he and his wife do not mind and are usually extatic to be on board, very down to earth!!!!

I mentioned this on another thread as well....he was on the Panama Canal cruise in 2005 while we were onboard and everytime we saw him he was a gentleman...he was with his wife.

He even participated in the theme nights and deck parties onboard...pics below!!!

And on DWTS....

I remember him as a gentleman as well. Actually, all the stars on that trip seem to be so "normal".

Just heard on ET that Joey will be cruisin to the Med. Lucky cruisers!!!! Totally wish I was on that one with him. So disappointed that he didn't win last night but I felt Apolo was deserving as well.

When we were on the ship May 5th-12th I was talking to one of the lifeguards by the Mickey pool and he told me that Joey was confirmed to be on the current cruise (18 day repo). I guess he will fly into one of the ports and join the ship. Also, supposedly Boys 2 Men were going to be on this cruise and unofficially, Hannah Montana and Phil Collins.

That is some amazing talent. They needed to have entertainment every night so I guess they booked all of these acts to come on board.
