Yes, but they can't afford to go. So we were going to pay for their cabin, but dh thinks that would offend them. So we can't talk about it in front of them at all.

If your friend is already in a cabin and you add the baby..it shouldn't be more than moving up a catagory

But they had to upgrade for a Cat 6 to a Cat 4, which is about $700 more for the 4 of them, plus the PC for the infant.

i mean..they could get the Cat 6 and "on paper" put the baby in someone elses room..the baby wouldn't actually be in there..just the name

Cat. 4 only a tiny bit bigger, room enough for a pull down murphy bed near the window. That is the Only differance!

yes, it is a shame. And the crappy thing is I know his parents COULD afford to go. It would be $1000 for the cruise and they have 17 months to save. they just don't want to. And now i'm forced to not talk about it.

So i'm kind of bummed right now. I was reading my weekly disney news from a certain other place that may be reffered to as all ears net dot com and saw info on Mousefest! And i rememberd that it's usually the 1st week in December. Maybe we could go!!!

So then i go check, and it's BACKWARDS!! They do the 4 night cruise, and 3 day land. Dang it! That would have been so cool to do! Almost tempted to change......

I bought the 1st items for our welcome bags!!!

I was at Walmart yesterday buying ingredients for some cookies and when i went to sign the receipt, the cashier gave me this adorable little mickey pen, with light up fiber optic wires on the top!! It was so cool!! So i asked her about them, and they had a whole bunch in the lane behind me!! So i stocked up, since they were only $.75 each, and got i think 12 of them!! Not bad, for only 5 welcome bags!

Oh yeah, and I also bought the Disney Embroidery Machine!! Now i have to figure out how to use it so i can embroidery the welcome bags!! I just spent $350 to embroider 5 bags, when i probably could have spent $100 and gotten some really nice ones! oh well, now i can make Jackie clothes too!
