Hang in there Jody! You are doing great. :D I know when you have pauses the "reward" of the scale moving is not there to spur you on... but it WILL happen and the downward trend will continue. :)

Come on Jody! You can do this girl!!! It's wavering between 211 and 210- tells me that pound is off- it's just a matter of water! Have you been drinking water the way you should my friend? Come on girl! Chin up! YOU WILL GET IT OFF.... and flush it down the drain ! ;)

BTW Jody- notice my 2nd countdown??? I'm outta here ! I'm soooo excited I cant sleep!

planning on grilled chicken sandwich [no roll] and maybe a salad from Burger King on the way to the mountains for supper.

Heading to the Mountains for the weekend. I will stay on program but will eat more regular induction style rather than KISS [most likely]. I may have a cup of homemade chicken corn soup at the fair on saturday --- I haven't decided yet. I will get right back to KISSing on monday AM and try to break this darn stall I'm in!

I hope the food thing is going well this week.

I wanted to say thanks for inspiring me with the water challenge! I've been much more conscious of how much I'm drinking and it isn't enough!! I'm back to measuring my water and trying to incorporate more water into my day.

SM Diet Hot Chocolate with Davinci SF Mint

[I know the bisque had carbs and I only ate a little of the egg drop soup --- I could tell it had a starch thickener. I still am going 'cheat free' as I feel I made some real good choices and I haven't binged or felt out of control]
