Weigh In - 217
We were at the shore for the weekend. I had some pizza on saturday, quite a few alcoholic drink mixes, and a couple slip ups on sunday too. Our weekend shore trips are coming to an end and I did not feel bad about my cheats. I enjoyed myself.
This week was our second checkin for the ONDERland by Christmas Challenge. I started the challenge at 219 so I am at least moving in the right direction.

9:00am - Coffee w/SF Davinci Toffee Syrup
water w/lemon in the AM
1:00pm - HM Protein Shake [chocolate mint]
metamucil, multi vitamin, flaxseed oil tab, coral calcium
A couple diet rites during the day
6:30pm - HM Protein Shake [chocolate mint]
8:00pm - cup of herbal hot tea
