Good Morning everyone,
Today will be a busy one. First with the personal trainer session-I know I kept on going back and forth on the weigh in, I don't think that I will end up doing it, why ruin my day
I will be bringing in pictures and telling her what I want to work on. I really hope to get down one size before I order my dress at the end of next month
Today, I am going out with 2 of my bridesmaids...somehow, my maid of honor has been M.I.A.- I hope that she is okay. I can't remember if she was supposed to go with us today to look at dresses but I do have another appointment in a couple of weeks that she is supposed to go to with me. I know everyone gets busy and my wedding is more than a year away but the point in having bridesmaids/maid of honor is that they are friends and you are supposed to keep in touch with them. I haven't heard from her in at least a month.
Well, I will update this later to let everyone know how I made out today....and to tell you if I was brave enough to get weighed.

Well, I wasn't brave enough to get weighed or measured, next time I go I most definetly will. I need to track my progress soon.

By the way the next time is the first week of August.
While I was at the gym, I also showed my picture in the dress and showed areas that I would like to improve upon. Which for the most part is the stomach area, upper arms (because of the strapless gown), and my back....There is one part of the back that just isn't so attractive. My trainer was funny she was saying well, I have a year....to perfect! I told that is exactly why I am starting now.....I want perfection, or close to it.
I also told her about my problem with my legs bulking up, she has the same problem and gave me a lot of suggestions. We did develop a plan that will help me in alternating my days. I also asked her if I should limit my cardio, right now I am at the point where I am doing 45 minutes to an hour and then going on to strength training, etc. Anyway, she told me to limit cardio to 30 minutes, or else it will get to the point where it is counter productive.
I also got a great compliment about the dress and how it looked on me. Diane, my trainer, said that I don't really have that much to work on. So I am hoping that that means that it won't take me that long. It really feels great getting back into the gym thing though. I still hope to get into the size 8 dress though before ordering in August.
The bridemaid dress thing is going well, and everyone seems to like what I have picked out so far. It looks the we are going for the apple color at David's but we are looking at other places too! It isn't that urgent for the bridesmaids to get dresses now....they were kind of relieved that I felt that way.
I felt really good about the trip to the bridal store...I was really nervous about it.
