Checking in from stormy Orlando. We are under a tornado watch(or is it warning. None spotted just the right conditions. ). I guess we are gonna hang out at the condo today. I can get caught up on laundry. We have had a great time so far. We stayed at Royal Pacific Resort for three days and did Universal/ Islands of Adventure. Yesterday, we moved over to a condo and are doing SeaWorld for the rest of the week. It has been a relaxing vacation but I miss Disney. I hope everybody is doing well.

It's been storming here for hours so there will be no mowing today and I only had just a few hours left to do.

My aunt came over on Memorial Day, she had foot surgery the week prior and when she came in the house she was in a wheelchair. My uncle then told her he was going to grab her scooter....it was a knooter!!!!!!!! I laughed and laughed and convinced everybody that's what it was called. Good times.

Hope everybody is well and hope everybody is having safe travels or will have safe travels. Remus, when do you leave?

So, I've spent the last 3 days watching cute, shirtless boys tear down, rebuild and expand our deck. They are finishing up today but of course this dumb tropical storm is going to ride of the coast and ruin my plans to have adult beverages out there tomorrow night!

One argument began as Willmott was explaining what she expected to elicit from defense witness Alyce LaViollette, a domestic violence expert who raised so much controversy both in and out of court that she became a target of death threats. Specifically, Willmott was discussing whether Alexander at one point told Arias that he would kill himself.

Theres a lack of trustworthiness there, Martinez said. Shes a liar. So Im just having a difficult time seeing how she can say that Mr. Alexander attempted suicide.


Willmott and Martinez bandied back and fortth. then Martinez said, But the thing is that if Ms. Willmott and I were married, I certainly would say I Fg want to kill myself. That doesnt mean I want to kill myself. It just means theres a bad relationship and I want you to leave me alone.

Willmott protested. Judge, just for the record, I think that that was an insult because hes trying to say that if he and I were married ...

Martinez cut her off: That was a compliment, bad joke.

Willmott: I dont see it as either.

Stephens did not reprimand Martinez. Instead she said, All right. Lets move past that.

Looks like Judge Stephens was tired of JA too.

On Feb. 5, for example, it was Kirk Nurmi worrying that TV cameras showed Jodi Arias leg braces; in-custody defendants wear devices to prevent escapes. It was Stephens complaining about Arias long drawn-out answers to questions. The next day it was the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office complaining that Arias should not be allowed to go into the judges chambers because of escape risk.
