Okay, I must be getting older and picky or just bored. But I found one typo and another mistake in the transcript of 4/2, They referred to Travis as Mr. Arias.

How many of those hits were from the person that said we were bandwidth wasters? From those views, I would say we were a pretty popular thread! Must of been worth the views? I guess our conversations were interesting. Just think if those views were answered as part of the thread, poor mare would have had to make more threads....

Boundaries? Jodi did not object to anything being said in that tape. Thank goodness we did not hear those other ones. Truthfully, the judge even said that she did not believe that Travis even knew he was being recorded. That tape did not even prove abuse.

YEs, thank goodness we didn't have to hear the other ones. I agree he didn't know he was being recorded. She did that for the express purpose of making him look bad.

I think the tape was essential in proving what kind of relationship they had, that's what the Defense wanted to show the jury.

Oh yeah, I've got stacks of various clothes all over the bedroom, luggage stacked up in the dining room and at least six lists of what else needs to be done before we take off for the airport. Mowing the rest of this place is first on my Monday and Tuesday lists. Then I'm done til I get back and it'll be back on top of the return home list.


I think those texts and that tape is what led the jury foreman to come to his conclusions about Jodi, I just wonder if the other 3 based their conclusions on those texts and the tape.

I was out of town most of the week on vacation. I'm bummed to hear Beth Karas has left, but I'm with you, Remus ... I hope she writes a couple of books on the trials she's covered. That would be some interesting reading there.
