Whew, I can breath now. Ds raced again tonite. He qualified 8th out of 21 cars and then finished 5th and that was with no radio so no spotter telling him what to do. His radio in his helmet broke right before the race.
Congrats to your son!
Doing well as long as she's close to mom or dad. The sling has been a life saver.

Gotta love the things they make today. :thumbsup2

I don't know why but I am completely disconnected from this trial now.

I can't even watch anything that has to do with the jurors.

Don't know what it is. Burn out? :confused3 Don't want to hear excuses?

I miss my friends here though so trying to come back into it. :surfweb:

PizzieDuster....you absolutely spoke exactly how I have been! I walked away after the penalty verdict. I am just now reading back pages, but really just came back because I missed the conversations with everyone!

I don't recall who brought it up about baby Cs weight, but babies tend to lose weight the first few days or so. DS was 6 lbs 3 oz when he was born and 5 lbs 11 oz when we left the hospital.

I was going to say the same thing. You beat me to it:cool1:

T man, she was born at 6'13 but at discharge was 6'6. Doc said most babies will be at their birthweight by 2 weeks. I am solely breast feeding. I have only supplemented twice. It's hard work!

:scared1::scared1::scared1: Egads I rememebr how disoriented and surreal it felt during that time. Waking someone every few hours and having a little human nurse on you is close to a torture technique. It messes with your head a bit.

I always repeated this to myself in every aspect of parenting, and it became my mantra "This Too Shall Pass". So much so my daughter got it tattooed on her at 19. And I was touched that she took it to heart, but NOT happy about the tattoo on my baby.....ahhh Mommyhood, nothing like it.

Come back and yak...:rotfl:

Just remember the Jodi show may continue...:rotfl2:

Well, apart from no remorse, she has everyday to think about things. Lock up 23 hours a day and no one to talk to. Who is ever tweeting is doing it to make it seem like they talk to Jodi. Jodi no longer can use a phone. She will be forgotten until the next trial date.

How are you? Thanks for sharing!

Does Jodi get any kind of amenities like TV? I hope not!

Since she is now convicted, Jodi is in total lock down. She has no privlages what so ever. She can't even have commissary. She is trying make people think she is still tweeting through someone, but no phone either. Jodi's life is very miserable.

good news: from FB

All bench conferences and hearings conducted in chambers shall be unsealed with the exception of ex parte and juror/witness hearings. We'll post them here as they become available.

bad news:

IT IS ORDERED
that all bench conferences and hearings conducted in chambers shall be unsealed except: (3) the oral argument conducted on May 21, 2013 shall remain sealed

trying to think what was going on 5/21 :confused3

so glad to step back from all this, but miss this thread and everyones posts. Ive at least been stepping out some to some other threads finally lol :wave2:

Good to hear. She doesn't deserve anything. All she gets is slop. Too bad.

I went back to look, the DT was handed a paper and then they looked pissed and got up and left. That was the day the court never happened. I was reading no Websleuths that it was AL had went to the court and had that note from the juror asked the judge if they could not reach a decision she posted it on the internet to leak it out. So it could have been about that or different question. If not that we will never know.....

May 21st was the day they did closing arguments, I think. :scratchin Seems like a lifetime ago. :crazy2:
