You know I when we bought stuff, I had disney pack and ship it home. I felt better not having to deal with more baggage.

That's always a bigger challenge! I end up stuffing things into shoes or whatever, just to make it fit. Probably why the zippers never last long on my suitcases.

You can take my spot in September since I probably can't go. Lucky for you, it is literally a gift trip as my mom has paid for everybody.

My clinical rotation interferes, so I may see if I can shift it around a bit but not holding out much hope. Unfortunately it falls right in the middle of the vacation. If I can get flights cheap enough, I'll fly home for two days and head back. I feel bad because my kid won't go if I'm not there because she has no desire to hang out with my brother and his person and their kids or my parents for that long. Can't blame her. It will be fine, Darth is my backup so that room doesn't go to waste!

Nancy Grace mysteries has a non-Jodi story about some chick who supposedly shot her husband/bf (Not really paying much attention) but she changed her story 5 times during interrogation. It wasn't her, it was an accident, she didn't know she shot him, it was intruders...sound familiar?

Hey Piglet. How are you and Baby Charlotte today? I just wanted you to know that there are a lot of people on this thread thinking of you. I hope things are starting to settle down into your routine. I was offered some advice with my first. I was told to do YOUR daily routine as always and let baby adjust to you and your husband. Do everything as normal as possible. Don't tiptoe around baby, keep the tv and washing machine going, go out to eat with baby, etc. I promise, it is tough at first but so rewarding. You are a great Mom.

On another note, we leave for Orlando in about 5 hours and I haven't finished packing. I have never procrastinated like this before. I just can't get motivated.

Yeah my mom has said something similar. I still find it difficult to balance everything when going out (and we have only left the house 3 times since we have been home) and because I am nursing it makes it more challenging. The same goes for being at home. we were a very spontaneous couple before and now life requires planning! its all worth it though. i wouldnt change it for the world.

The storms here were very intense. Everything around us is ok, and we are thankful to be safe. Heard the airport is closed and other parts of town there is damage.

Have a magical WDW trip! Enjoy the time with your family!

Whew, I can breath now. Ds raced again tonite. He qualified 8th out of 21 cars and then finished 5th and that was with no radio so no spotter telling him what to do. His radio in his helmet broke right before the race.

Ah pigletgirl! I have been sporatically lurking since the penalty phase mistrial. But this made me post as soon as I saw it! I so rememebr being almost afraid of my daughter once we were left alone. Husband went back to work and people went back to regular lives! I was freaked! I was alone with a tiny little person! She was so dependant and what if I did the wrong thing! No manual, nothing. 2 weeks from 20 years later.

You will be ok I swear!
