I liked how Ryan Owens interviewed her ... He was direct and didn't coddle her like I think she wanted and expected everyone to do because she was doing them a favor by being there ... I don't think she was at all pleased with Ryan and I couldn't help but laugh when she called him a hater ... What grade is she in? : ... I would imagine that poor Ryan is now probably permanently stricken from her approved media list from here on out ...

I did watch some of her other interviews and some of those reporters were so passive with her that it made me ... But I did notice that Troy Hayden(?), the first reporter who did her post-verdict interview, was more direct with his questions and seemed to have a different demeanor with her this time too ... But Ryan Owens was still the best, IMO ...

Well, here's hoping the jury has the ability to come together and come to a verdict. I couldn't imagine spending all those months and feeling so defeated to not be able to reach a conclusion. Hopefully, they will all sleep on it tonight.

Yeah, I liked that. I couldn't believe that she came in with an attitude about what was allowed regarding "the stripes". She is soooo full of herself. I'm glad that guy really interviewed her and said what everybody else thought.

I don't know if they would consider that an admission of guilt. How ever if they get a new jury for this phase all the interview tapes can come into play for the prosecution. I bet the judge is kicking herself for lifting the ban.

HLN is showing clips from the interviews and Ryan Owens is on Nancy Grace. When they showed the clip of him asking when she was going to stop lying about what really happened in the bathroom, she got this CRAZY look in her eyes before saying "Why did you say that" (paraphrased). When Chris and Skye Hughes were interviewed and were telling about finding Jodi outside of their door with a crazy look in her eye, I bet you anything it was that look. It literally gave me chills. What a creep!

Sommergirl, sorry to hear about the devastation- you all still have the important things in life.

I wanted to share this with everybody just because it's really a neat thing; I just returned from welcoming home 10 charter buses full of veterans. A program called Vets Roll takes veterans out to Washington to the memorials free of charge. Each bus is filled with medical staff to ensure the elderly vets have no problem while away from home. It's a humbling experience to see and meet so many amazing men and women who selflessly gave of themselves. If anybody has a family member that served, look at this site and sign them up. A local RV place will pick up and drop off vets from anywhere. I think there were vets from at least 13 states that went on this trip. I'm going to sign up to go either next year or the year after as medical personal, even though I'll be there to help, I have a feeling I will be rewarded in such an amazing way. http://www.vetsroll.org/

I think it would hurt in appeals. She is sticking to the self defense claim so she can use it in her next trial.
