I recall a case where judge advised prosecutor against ganging up after allocution so as not to annihilate defendant and raise appeal issues

I read there for a few weeks and gave myself a time out.

so the judge is protecting the court...the attys are doing cy hiney and the murderer is running the show.....not surprising is it?
She prob willl seek death and her atty s dont agree...............Dwane cates is right on......
and I think they should just allow her her time, allow her what she wants to say and get this case CLOSED................

Aww, that new baby smell! I'll never forget when they handed me my DD after they gave her a bath. She smelled so good. Glad to see a little happiness in this thread.
