I haven't posted in this thread yet, but come here almost daily to catch up. Usually late at night. Guess that makes me a stalker :wave2:

I have so appreciated all the info and don't know how I would have kept up with out you all. I disagree about the waste of bandwidth comment on that other thread. I for one have been helped immensely and figured it was time to say thanks.

Thank you all :flower3:

no more court today.

Was just told by source mitigation hearing in #JodiArias trial won't start today even if jury is back soon. #FOX10

The two minute pause was brilliant! My DD walked in just as that was happening. She hasn't followed the trial , but she immediately recognized how powerful that point was without Juan saying a word. I expect a quick verdict as well.

Indeed, I said that same word "brilliant" myself when he did it. I guarantee you the DT and the Monster did not see that coming. In their face! :thumbsup2

4 Male #JodiArias jurors come out with security. Some sort of break. Funny how those waiting in the hallway go silent as the jurors walk by

As in... To the hospital??
You made me gasp, and then it took forever for my laptop to get to the next page. Don't do that to me!
Nope, should of mentioned the jury. Boy, we are a feisty group this afternoon.
::yes::
Worth every minute until you question what you were thinking as soon as they enter their teens years! Seriously thinking I should claim insanity so I can have a vacation to a padded room while my child grows out of her attitude! But Piglet, it's going to be amazing. Every day you'll get so excited over the smallest of things and want to shout it to the world.

I have a friend who's son is going to be 6. When he was born and every month until 1 and then on every birthday after, the kid was dressed in his dads suit and you can see the progression of how much he's growing. On Pinterest I've seen a few of the age progression pics, either next to a favorite stuffed animal, or in a laundry basket or in the wedding dress. Don't let these days pass you by-because they go quick!
That's the great thing about grandchildren...I smother her with kisses and hugs, and right around meltdown time in the afternoon, her mom comes home, I get in my car and blast my radio to my "cool mom" music (as opposed to "Wheels on the Bus", etc,) drive two hours home, where DH and I gush, in the peace and quiet of our home, about what an incredible child she is. ;)

But seriously...I love, then and now, being a mom.

Geez, pigletgirl, we're all reliving our pregnancies/motherhood here. :) But it does make me think about my DS especially, and Travis. :(

OK...Ryan Smith on HLN just said "We could have a verdict in less than an hour, or sooner" or something like that. hhmmmm :scratchin Isn't "sooner" kind of included in "less than an hour"?

If you start crawling in my doggy door, we have a problem!

Welcome, chime in whenever you have time and give us your two cents. We like different perspectives!!!!

So, per JVM, there's been some sort of "kerfuffle" outside the courtroom, when a "regular court watcher" (Perky Katie?? :confused3) was trying to explain to non-regulars how things work at the courtroom. Some saw this person as a know-it-all and didn't take kindly to it. Don't know exactly what was involved...doesn't sound like anything at all physical. But OMG, if it was Perky Katie, she'll be in tears on Dr Drew tonight. Worth watching just for that. ;)

Yeah, its the same old stuff. Feels like its splitting apart. No contractions or anything.

I would love it if Jodi had to endure this (without a baby as a result). It's almost excruciating.

It's your hips readying themselves for the baby's head.....eek! All these years later and I remember that pain!

I was MIA all weekend until now, and I thought of your little Disney Princess so many times princess:

I'm thinking there has to be one or more holdouts. I can't believe it has taken this long.

Two cents?! As much time as we've invested in these threads, we need more than 2¢. :rotfl:

But yes Disneyhand, feel free to join in. We won't even charge you even though we're using up a bunch of bandwidth.

Thus far, that's been the worst part about parenting for me. Whenever there is a terrible story, I always imagine my daughter being in that situation and wonder how I'd be able to cope. Recently it's about those 3 girls in Ohio, my heart breaks into pieces for the parents...especially when they found out what happened. It's so hard not to put yourself in others shoes. I tend to imagine the emotions that goes through these victim's minds. So far beyond the scope of my reality and hope it always stays beyond that scope.

Fond memories, eh?! ;):lovestruc

And it sometimes does make me think of Jodi's parents. They didn't ask for their daughter to become a convicted felon of 1st degree murder. And here she is, facing a death penalty. Big stuff!

But 32 years ago she was an innocent infant whose parents probably had big plans for her. It didn't include a heinous murder and m1 conviction. I hope she (her mother) can recover from this. :crazy2:

@WildAboutTrial: The jurors that left just came back in. One was captain oneil. #JodiArias

I'm thinking there has to be one or more holdouts. I can't believe it has taken this long.

That's what scares me. As I posted earlier, 5 jurors did not find felony murder. I worry about those 5 jurors and how hard it may be to convince them.

No worrying here. Better to take the time, than come back too quickly.
