I just can't watch HLN, I emailed In Session as I got tired of them putting pictures of Travis and Jodi together. Until they stop I won't watch them.

I hate HLN, but I dont have a choice. I usually watch an hour, DVR the rest and watch it in the morning so I can FF through the bs and commercials. Really important stuff I watch live, and make my DH suffer through it.

Remember every body has different reactions with pregnancy. Mine was long the first time. Then I have heard some for the first time it was only hours. So don't consume yourself with this. We are here for you. Your family is there.

Piglet, if it helps any, when I had my daughter (only child I've had), labor was really quick...took about hour and 20 minutes when all is said and done. There was no time for any sort of pain med. It will be a whirlwind and it will fly by. May not seem like it right away, but the moment you hold Charlotte, all will be perfect in the world.

Already a busy morning at work. Everybody developed problems over the weekend. Trying to get everything done before start time today.

And yes, death threats are just wrong. What always amazes me about this is people are watching a MURDER trial. IF they were to carry out this death threat, then in this particular case; they are no better than Jodi. Are they hoping to make the next big trial? I hope the police catch these people and prosecute them for the death threat.

HLN just showed the statement of Paula Klaas's murderer. I had no idea he said that!

I just don't think Jodi has it in her to apologize.

Polly Klass. Yes, I remember when her murderer said that. They should've let her father blow that guys brains out.

When Polly Klass was first missing, I admit, I thought her father's public statements were odd and I thought he had something to do with it. Every time I see him now, I feel bad about that. What I love about him now is how honest and blunt he is about the crimes inflicted on victims and their families by filthy horrible pigs like Polly's killer and Jodi Arias.

Arias came into court then went into chambers with her attorneys. Martinez and Flores are still in court.

It's ridiculous that they submit these motions right before court is to go on. The judge needs to say that any and all motions need to be turned in by a certain time after court and will be discussed at 7am the following morning so as not to disrupt the flow of court.

Just saw a pic of Daryl...definitely not the George Clooney type she claimed him to be. Wonder what he had that she wanted right away?

Wasn't there something like two weeks straight off? Crazy.

Someone on HLN said that in most states, a convicted felon (not sure specifically a murderer?) has 10 days from conviction to file for a mistrial, so this could be a technicality. On the other hand, we haven't had court since Thursday, so who knows what may have transpired since then.

Saw a tweet about that earlier. It mentioned she wasn't there. So probably not. That's if she didn't get arrested over the weekend for probation violation.
