Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

Ok..time to do a lap around the kitchen everyone!!

Or maybe some jumping jacks
MJ
I'll cheer everyone on! ;)
I wish they could have had something like pop up video bubbles above JD's head during cross. I'm sure her thoughts were rather funny and interesting.
I'd like to see the bubbles above Willie's head when she was questioning DeMarte. Probably scrambled thoughts and the "B-word" with flames coming out of them.

I almost spit my coke on my screen!:rotfl2: She will be screaming in the car...

Giving a guy she met on the plane on the way home from the memorial service her phone number? Oh, she's special, that one.

:scared:

That is just so sick. It shows that she really had no true feelings for TA, he was a means to a life she thought she deserved.

I wonder if her and the guy ever connected, well before she was arrested?

Sorry if this was posted but just read that FBI website crashed due to so much traffic going to the site to see the pictures of the suspects.

Willie is doing lots of writing. I have a feeling she's gonna be doing a long re-cross. GROAN

I think she is taking notes for closing statements. She can only re-cross pertaining to juror questions. Otherwise it would never end ;)

She's a true predator. I keep trying to think of the word that truly describes her, but it's evading me. She's like a virus or trojan horse. It is creepy.

You are so right. She is a true predator, and a destroying virus. Her whole being just disgusts me.

Creeeeeeepy! :scared:

========================

Anxious to hear the jurors' questions now.

I don't think she can re-cross can she? I thought after this, they go to Juror questions.

She can if the judge allows it.

This is from the azcourts.gov website:

In a criminal trial, the prosecuting attorney presents evidence and testimony of witnesses to try to prove the defendant committed the crime. The attorney for the defendant may present evidence and witnesses to show that the defendant did not commit the crime or to create a reasonable doubt as to the defendant’s guilt. The defendant is considered innocent of the crime charged until proven guilty.

When the prosecution’s side has completed its questioning of a witness, the defense is allowed to cross-examine the witness on any relevant matter.

After cross-examination, the attorney who originally called the witness may ask additional questions of the witness to clarify something touched on in the cross-examination. This is redirect examination. The judge may allow an opportunity for the opposing attorney to recross examine.

So far this judge hasn't allowed it from when I started watching it.

Oh man, our local DFW station is reporting 10 volunteer firefighters dead at West. :(

I live about a five-hour drive from the courthouse and am retired. I've tossed around the thought of driving up to Phoenix to spend two or three days for the trial. I'd arrive early and stand in line, stay at the nearest hotel to the courthouse. But, my friends tell me I'm crazy. If the drive were only two hours, I'd probably do it.
