You've never met one of these DV activists before? She'd do it for free, it's what makes her breathe. I'll be interested if she references this experience in her seminars/conventions and what she'll say. And honestly, there's still a big debate on this DV as a defense in the legal field, in the social work field, it's pretty much a real thing.

I hope it ends soon, I'm tired of it.

I think she is making a mockery of DV ... And that's a shame for true victims of it ... JA is not a battered woman, IMO and this woman is flawed and biased in her conclusion regarding JA ...

Meh, I can argue for or against it from several perspectives, but even battered women are found guilty so I'm hoping the State really pushes the premeditation point, Jodi Arias is a danger to society.

I'm wondering if they're going to start adding Friday's because the defense might be complaining that her right to a speedy trial is being violated? If so, I would expect a motion for a mistrial soon based on this.

Her own defense is most responsible for dragging this out.

WS is buzzing about JA going after Juror 3. They are trying to get someone who can read lips to figure out what she is saying.

Oh, that would creep me out. I'd be so creeped out to have Jodi staring at me. Perky Katie and her fellow "juror" said that Jodi locks eyes with someone in the courtroom when the jury comes and goes or before court begins.

Wonder if that's the juror who laughed at the Einstein comment?

Meh, I can argue for or against it from several perspectives, but even battered women are found guilty so I'm hoping the State really pushes the premeditation point, Jodi Arias is a danger to society.

Well, you know we don't agree on whether or not Jodi was abused, but I agree on the rest of what you said. Esp the danger to society. I'd still like to know where she was going exactly with that other gun right before she was arrested. Supposedly that camping trip with guys she barely knew, to protect herself. Now seriously, doesn't that come off as someone who's a danger to society? After KILLING her ex-boyfriend, she's going to A) go away with men who were relative strangers, and B) bring a GUN, just in case. I'm wondering if she knew she was screwed and was going to go on a Aileen Wuornos-ish type of spree.

I missed the afternoon again. So irritating! UR I know you never want to hear about the Law of Attraction again, but yesterday I was watching some murder show. Fatal encounters, snapped, mystery detectives...something, and a girl stabbed somebody (think her mom?) about 25 times. And when they caught up with her, she had kept a detailed journal that talked about the laws of attraction most of the time. Maybe Jodi had heard of that story?

After dark is comparing Jodi's situation to the movie, "Psycho". It is eerily similar, but I had to laugh that the movie showed a license plate that said ANL-*** (missed the last three numbers)....yup, sums up Jodi!

Psycho is set in Phoenix AZ, less than 20 miles from TA's home in Mesa.
Psycho's opening scene is a sex scene, "afternoon delight" at 2:43 PM.
At TA's, evidence photos show similar acts, starting at 1:42 PM.
In Psycho, Janet Leigh goes on a road trip, on the run from cops, and ends up getting pulled over.
The cop even checks out the back license plate.
Next scene, she's getting a new car...light colored.
They show Janet Leigh looking at a couple of license plates on cars...CA and AZ.
Then they compare shots of The Shower Scene (I'm pretty sure the pictures or the links to them were posted in this thread)...and they are eerily similar.

They showed the back shot, where people think Travis has a scratched back, but looking at it now, I think that it looks like a combination of water and it almost looks like there's some discoloration (could be from the camera being washed) from something like sections of peeled skin. I definitely don't see a scratched up back. JMHO.

JM is destroying ALV on every level, next up he is going to make her call JA a stalker or make her look horrible that she won't after he clearly has proven stalking behavior.

ALV is trying to hold on, but JM has slowly drained all her fight out of her, she is looking like a fool up there ignoring facts just to take JA's side in this trial as, just like she did before it in her "evaluation" of JA.

ALV, you will never get a case again and no one will care to here your views now that they know the sham you are ALV, you have doomed yourself just to protect a murderer!

Dr Drew irks me, but the show is growing on me. He has Mark Eiglarsh on, who I just love. He's a riot, plus I like to hear what he has to say (even if I don't always agree with him). Tonight they talked about Jodi and her IQ being comparable to Einstein and then showed clip after clip with her mispronouncing or misusing words, with the correct word on the screen. They usually show some pretty good shots of her in court.

Haven't watched the whole thing yet, but Kar, I'm looking forward to the lip reader tomorrow. There was a case in RI where a guy was convicted of murder, and they immediately let him out on bail (???) until sentencing and that night he and his wife disappeared. Car found on a bridge, and a long time later, one of her bones (skull mayb?) was found in the water. NEVER anything of him. Point is...after his conviction, while still in court and being filmed, he and his wife spoke, and LE ended up getting a lip reader after they disappeared to see what they said. The wife said something like "Promise me we'll do what we said we'd do." For a long time, until her bone was found, LE thought they had faked jumping from the bridge so they could take off. Some people (including I) believe he let her jump, or pushed her, and then HE took off. I keep expecting to hear one day that he's been arrested. It's been many years tho.

Mare, I rarely catch DD but tonight I had it on and so I just watched the whole epi! I like MARK too! Ya what was that JA said she did not want to 'DISedify' Travis?????? What WAS she trying to SAY??????

WOW, Mare, I do love following trials as much as I can but I have yet to see a 'lip reader' called in to testify! I think they should be allowed if they have video that the courts want explained! I am guessing JA whispers more for attention that anything. JA plays for the court room cameras.
