Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

I cannot believe what I've read here about the latitude given to this expert witness' testimony. As a qualified expert a witness is given the ability to voice their opinion within a relevant range of information, but I have never heard of such use of hearsay or giving subjective testimony based on evidence that cannot be proffered to a jury.

Has the Prosecution offered up strenuous objection either to this witness being qualified as an expert or the scope of her testimony, such as regarding a victim who she only knows through an admittedly biased source with an obvious interest in the outcome of the trial? I don't remember reading anything here about much objection from the Pros, but from the direction of the comments here I cannot believe the Pros couldn't get a mistrial based on the obvious bias. Of course the Pros is operating under the constraints of financial realities, which is obviously not the case for the Defense.

How does one cry without their face or nose getting red? :rolleyes1 I sure can't! Notice she hasn't reached for a tissue yet - it's far more dramatic and noticeable to wipe the "tears" away with her hand.

Poor man is always over ruled.

Bingo!!! Drama Queen!!!

She can't just say yes/no. ALV is going to have a big problem once JM gets ahold of her. I can already hear it ...

"Did I ask you that, ma'am? Yes or no. Answer the question." :worship:

Mr. notetaker juror is taking some notes now along with pony tail guy and a few others. #JodiArias

Jodi now has her hand up to her face, her finger wasn't bent but now it is. Thought bubble "Oh crap, forgot that people are going to look at my finger...bend it Jodi! You're a victim of abuse, show it!"

And usually when I cry my eyes turn red also ... JA is such an actress ... and not a very good one at that ...

Anyone else get the feeling ALV is not tech-savvy? She doesn't email, does hard copies of photos ... :confused3 How is she getting by in today's world without these things?
