Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

I swear, the other victims of Jodi and this trial are everyone's brain cells. It's pissin' me off! LOL

Clearly it is affecting us - look what happened to me yesterday! :lmao:

ETA: BTW, T-Man, when can I expect delivery of the self-help book?

Now Beth Karas and that Mike guy are saying that Jodi gets breakfast at 7 AM, dinner at 6, which makes a helluva lot more sense. So I rewound, and yup, there's Jinga stating what time Jodi gets breakfast, and at the bottom of the screen it says "JODI'S BREAKFAST TIME: BETWEEN 2 & 3 AM!".

I wish they'd get their facts straight.

I do too.

I also remember the first time Jodi complained about not getting her dinner when court went past 4:30. They mentioned that inmates get 2 meals a day however, breakfast was enough for 2 meals. It included enough food to make breakfast and lunch. It was in a brown bag. They are allowed to buy snacks throughout the day if they choose. I bet Jodi is able to bring her brown bag to court to use for breakfast and lunch. She could probably buy snacks the day before to pack. She is probably choosing not to eat just so she can complain and manipulate.

I got the impression from the above mentioned erroneous reporters :lmao: that she can't have other food, but I'm not sure that includes bringing her own. :scratchin It seems like they have to check with the jail for everything...she is always under their control.

I just got an email from Amazon that kind of threw me for a minute. Here's the subject line:
Briggs & Stratton 85053 5-Gallon Gas...

and inside are 11 choices of 5 gallon gas cans! I had forgotten I had searched Amazon to see how much one would cost. Amazon is scary!

:rotfl2:

I am annoyed at how much this girl has control over everyone, in this trial! It's really disgusting. I wish we would just convict and MOVE ON. Sheesh.

Another thing I was thinking is that the DT is stalling once again. If JW was almost finished with ALV, it was quite possible that Juan could have gotten to her before the long weekend break. Since there is only a half day tomorrow, I doubt JM will get his chance.

I thought about that too. But maybe we're just getting cynical. I can't imagine WHY!! :lmao:

I rushed home for nothing! Oh well. At least I got to catch up on the drival from yesterday, thanks you all of you here.

Have a great evening!

These stall tactics makes it feel as though something fishy is up. I've never seen a defense attorney like JW. She's a nut.

I read that Willie arranged for another one of her family members to die unexpectedly to postpone the trial for Jodi. Geeez, how many times is she gonna pull this trick? ;)

I need a nap! :lmao:
LOL. Hope you got a nap!

LOL. You gotta watch what you search for.

She is as nutty as her client....:rolleyes1

Well after all they are twins.

Yes they are.

I do too.

And we have a winner! Good job! :thumbsup2

From Beth Karas:
The Sheriff's Dept. confirmed that Arias's lunch is actually half of her breakfast. She isn't getting any more food than other inmates; the same food is divided 3 ways for her instead of 2. It amounts to 2,600 calories/day.

That is alot of calories in a day. I only eat 1500 a day.If the breakfast is brown bagged, is it still good for the afternoon if it is not refrigerated?

REALLY???
Who eats 2600 cal a day and can maintain (not GAIN) weight?????

I can't eat that much. But I do remember seeing NG take a look at a meal and trying it. It may be high calorie food.

LOL. Hope you got a nap!

I did, my wife insisted I take one. :lmao:

And here's the lowdown I got on the protective order:

The Defense alleges any release of their expenses would be indicative of who they interviewed (and paid) in their preparation of Jodi's defense and thus show their hand and what direction they're going.

That makes sense to me. :dance3:

Per Nancy Grace - "Source says court was cancelled today due to JA having a severe Migraine" ... Big surprise there  ...

I wonder how many more times she will use that before the trial is over. :rolleyes2
