Tomorrow is only a morning session, well thats what the Judge said last week.
I was guessing for Easter.

I got home all "excited" for the trial to learn it's canceled! I'm thinking maybe it's time to stop watching and just let you all keep me updated on the progress...or non-progress. Suppose now I have time for a nap.

Jingasaurus just said on HLN that after the hearing this morning, she saw Willie hand Jodi a glass of water and said "I want her to take her medicine." Which could have absolutely nothing to do with anything. As Jinga pointed out, there are a lot of people involved in this case...the Judge, lawyers, 18 jurors, etc...could be for any reason that court was canceled.

It was Travis' sister Samantha who left the courtroom upset at the sentencing hearing. Which one is she?

JVM is saying that Jodi has been very adept at postponing this trial all along (before this trial started), and this may be just one thing. Maybe getting closer to judgement day is actually making her feel ill, or maybe she's faking it.

Whatever the reason, I'm in the mood for Spring Cleaning, and altho if my smart *** DH was here, he'd be saying "You better lay down until it passes" (love that man! LOL), I think I'll go putter. Will check in later, of course!

Just read that too, what a bunch of BS, how can you make a court date have everybody show up for it and then cancel and not give a reason? If this was anytime of other meeting in the world you would have to give a reason to keep your job.

HLN quoted the Judge's assistant as just saying "we are unable to proceed".

I suspect that JA probably pulled some last minute fast one today ... but this is just my opinion

But I think that even if court were indeed cancelled because of JA for any reason, they wouldn't be allowed to say what it was because it could cause prejudice against her ...

This is unfair to the state, and Travis's family. Unless she is deathly ill this should not be granted for any reason.

ETA: I read over at WS that the lady who goes to court, who knows the family, said that Jodi had a "migraine" and felt like throwing up. This was passed on from the family.

Jinga just said on HLN that in AZ, inmates get two meals a day and Jodi gets breakfast between 2 and 3 AM and then dinner is at 5 PM (which is why the defense insisted on stopping the trial each day at 4:30 PM). She's not allowed to eat at the courthouse, so they had to get special permission from the jail to give her a power bar. Now, I'm no Jodi fan (ya think? ), but that's gotta be tough to sit there all day at your own murder trial without eating. She has a right to feel capable enough to help in her own defense.

Jinga and HLN gang aren't saying that it has anything to do with court being canceled today tho. Just speculating as to a possible scenario.
