She seems likable, so I hope JM doesn't hammer into her much. I don't think it would be as acceptable to the jury as JM ripping Samuels apart. I hope he takes a less confrontational approach.

If I am not mistaken, I believe I heard that in a closed hearing JM ripped this witness apart ... I really think it was her and not someone else ... (but anyone please correct me if I have the wrong person) ...

She sure does seem likable, but the questions are all warm & fuzzy now ... let's see if her likeability and demeanor changes when the questions become more intense ...

I saw him get some back. Wouldn't most of her clients be wives, women with children from the abuser and longtime girlfriends of the abusers. I don't feel that Jodi and Travis were in the category regarding their relationship.

True, probably waiting for copies. I saw JW walk up to him with papers that were tagged with the green evidence paper. She said something to him and he walked away.

She was trained to not trash men, but rehab them. I don't know if this will go well if she trashes travis. She does not know him. Can she explain her violence with her mother?

Excellent points. Witnesses always sound conversational and confident when they're being questioned by the attorney on their own side. Who knows...maybe her head can spin 360 degrees and spew pea soup like Samuels' did.

Is she going to testify about specifics of this case or just general knowledge of DV? With all her experience with real DV abusers and survivors, I don't know how she could testify that JA was abused. Especially when everything Jodi has said has been proven to be a lie.
