I sure hope so. I think it is.

I hope this witness testifies that abused women who leave the shelter DO NOT go back to their abuser.

ETA: I know that a lot of women probably go back to their abuser because they have no other way of supporting themselves or their children. However, I don't think they willingly go back like JA did.

She seems likable, so I hope JM doesn't hammer into her much. I don't think it would be as acceptable to the jury as JM ripping Samuels apart. I hope he takes a less confrontational approach.
