I realize that the judge has to allow a lot in since it is a death penalty case but did anyone else hear last night on one of the HLN shows that this is this judge's first DP case???? So maybe she is taking that "let everything in to avoid an appeal" rule a little too literally.

Oh, BCF, we got home at 8pm and I ended up watching all of RHofBH, their finale and then their 1st reunion show. That was action packed. And then fell asleep.

That's right, I forgot that someone WAS convicted. I think he might have confessed, but I'm not sure.

They said that she did cartwheels or something at the jail while awaiting questioning. But they also made a big deal about how she and her boyfriend were kissing outside the crime scene. I expected to see two people with their tongues down each other's throats, but what I saw were two people offering tender comfort to each other after her roommate was found murdered.

The prosecutor was a sick wacko obsessed with calling everything a sex crime, and he himself had legal issues. Some crazy ****.LOL But we MIGHT still like her until JM goes at her.

I'm really at the point where I dread each day of the trial. It's so maddening, the dragging on and the frustrating questioning. I want it to be over, but I want it to be over with a 1st degree murder conviction.

So Violet has her name on an advisory board, which means basically that she does "nothing", per her testimony, but did work really hard for 3 days in the beginning.

Heard on HLN that Violet (that's her name, for our purposes...just pretend I'm Phillip on Survivor ) that she was the 6th DV expert they tried to get to testify (or 6 refused?)...no one else would touch it. Wonder what she thinks she sees that the others didn't? Besides $$$.

Willie is looking very enamored and confident in this expert. Juan is looking bored and like he can't wait to get his hands on her! LOL

Well the witness is wearing gray, so you came close ... I was thinking they would go with a soft baby color today - white, pink, etc. - to make JA look sweet and innocent ... but I was way off ... Guess they decided to go with a dark color because of the dark subject ...
