Jodi Arias Trial Part 3, STILL in redirect of Jodi, Mar 5

I really hope this trial is wrapped up this week and given to the jury to decide. It's been going on for such a long, long time.

The DT's expert is going to be destroyed on cross. Samuels is a fraud. I still cannot believe he was reading from the book. I hope his power point presentation regarding instrumental and reactive crimes is not allowed into evidence, but I'm worried the judge will allow it so that it's not an issue for appeal.

I was wondering why Samuels was allowed to mention, not once but twice, that Jodi has trouble sleeping in jail. I thought the jury isn't suppose to know where she's staying, and he said it twice. Will that be a reason for appeal? I hope not, but I'm still concerned.

I wish we were at the point of JM's rebuttal. I think it's going to be a doozy, and he's going to wrap the gift and tie it with a bow for the jury.

Hi Everyone

Its been a week since I have paid attention to this trial.

Went to Disney for my Granddaughters 3rd birthday and came back with the "Disney Germ"

Thank God I am the only one who got attacked. I couldn't imagine one of the kids with this. They would have had to go to the hospital for IV's for sure.

So anyway.....

I'm glad she is finally done on the stand.

What did you guys think of the Dr.?
Heard there was a comment about sex and amnesia??????

Good Morning all. I am off today so will be here all day!

The evidentiary hearing this morning is over testimony about reactive versus instrumental murder, pretty important element of this trial. This hearing could last all day considering the attorneys, hope the judge rules on it today so we can move on.

I assume it's whether or not Jodi killed Travis as a reaction to something that happened (was prompted by him, etc.) or she premeditated the killing (instrumental).
